Does cashmere wear cashmere here?
For me, Casmeran is one of the new hypes in the perfume sector. It came right after the gourmand, and before the current coconut hype, or overlapping with it.
There are already many men's fragrances that embody this cashmeran feeling, for example:
Armani Acqua di Gio Absolu
Porsche Design 360°
Gaultier Aviator
Dunhill Icon Racing
Coach Platinum
... and this one too
Please don't nail me to the fact that all mentioned contain this note, but at least they have the vibe!
This fluffy, almost powdery, soft and sweet, but lapidary appearance of cashmere. Cashmere appears to me in perfumes as such a hideous blur, it robs many notes of their character.
And that gets on my nerves, with said representatives sometimes more, sometimes less.
Now I was looking forward to a new Ferragamo icon, because "F Black" is a true designer masterpiece, timeless, unique, and perfect in itself.
Well, as perfect as a designer perfume can be, everyone will never like it...
But you know what I mean
And I thought Ferragamo had good taste, so it couldn't possibly go wrong. But then came the disappointment This beautiful bottle reminds of the Empire State building in New York...
The masculine colours, and confident, wide-legged letter symbolism in large letters...
THE NAME OF THE HOUSE AS A PRODUCT NAME!!!
And then comes a fragrance that,- without officially containing cashmeran, is as cashmeran as you can be cashmeran...
We are met by a fragrance that could best be described as a modern fougère. Framed by citrus wood, which everyone likes, made more masculine with violets and leather, and made more fluffy and pleasing by musk.
The whole thing as sweet and pleasing as it can be, but yes without disturbing anyone with it.
And that's what I mean by "Cashmeran Vibe", it's too perfect and coherent in itself, the edges only hinted at so you look, but as soon as you do, - you don't see anything interesting... waaah, how this wasteland disgusts me...!!
"Ferragamo" is the fragrance for the young adult, or teenager, who MUST wear something, because everyone does, but doesn't quite understand what for.
A fragrance for integration, with which one does not do anything wrong, but thereby also does nothing right.
Like CH Men without character, or Fahrenheit without gasoline and soaked in cotton candy.
"F Black" by Ferragamo, on the other hand, is the type that people flock around, sympathetic, self-confident, individual, in a good mood, sexy! Striking, but only in the way you notice a nice car driving by, not in bad taste
I don't want to denigrate the scent to anyone who likes the "Ferragamo", wear it when the mother-in-law comes to visit, or to the funeral, or maybe to the graduation
But if you are looking for passion, look elsewhere, for example at "F" or "F Black".
