Spirit of Lovely Flowers by Spirit has actually been around for ten years, but I only bought it about a year ago.
Nevertheless, I have almost used it up.
It is a floral-balsamic scent that doesn't cost much and is suitable for everyday wear and work when you just want something simple and not too heavy.
And at this price, occasional reapplication doesn't hurt.
Spirit of Lovely Flowers is clean-floral and has a yellow-citrusy opening.
At first, I perceive grapefruit and pink pepper.
Then jasmine takes the lead role without being too intrusive. A hint of apple scent joins in.
There are definitely similarities to Jàdore.
In the base, I detect a light musk and patchouli, but never too much. Nicely balanced.
Overall, a pleasant soft floral scent that I would definitely recommend.
The longevity and sillage are in the medium range.
I don't know if it is still available. I haven't seen it anywhere at the moment.
If I come across it again, I will buy another bottle.
