midaramadara
a dream come true
first of all, i am a fan of everything grape scented and grape flavoured.
second of all, this is the perfume i've been dreaming about ever since i first tasted the muscat green tea from daiso on my trip to japan.
it's a juicy white grape, both sweet an tart. not necessarily photorealistic, but not artificial either. it's concentrated and sharp until it settles down, but then the tea notes (i'm imagining white tea, delicate an refreshing, definitely served cold) come through and ring out the watery, slightly green aspects.
at first i was worried that it might be too heavy on the jasmine side, which will overpower the juiciness of the grape, but it's perfectly balanced to get the most out of two worlds.
to me, it's happiness in a bottle
