A Very Unique Composition
Excellent fragrance for Men and very likeable. Elegant, Classy and Unique. Amazing scent from the opening to the dry down. This fragrance is fresh spicy woody. The beauty of this perfume is how it develops on your skin, it smells lovely fresh green like a green garden in the spring. It opens up with like fresh sweet citrusy , green notes and tomato leaf in the background then it changes like fresh spicy and dry down is semi sweet amber woody. Too bad this is discontinued ! The bottle looks stunning. It is perfect for the spring, summer and fall. I really enjoy it and I love L'Uomo Trussardi EDT for Men. Highly recommended.
Two Thumbs Up.

A wonderful dollop of tomato leaf
L'Uomo opens very fresh with a wonderful dollop of tomato leaf and a pinch of citrus. A dry tobacco soon joins them. Whether you'll like this fragrance or not depends on your affinity for the tomato leaf note, because it's dominant throughout.

Projection and longevity are great for a freshie. It's versatile, and a dumb reach on hot days, even when it's a scorching 38°C / 100°F in the shade.

Though discontinued years ago, you can still find it reasonably priced. As far as freshies go, this is backup worthy in my opinion.

Masculinity Level: Paul Walker could have rocked this.

On risks and side effects, ask your doctor or pharmacist
The house of Trussardi has already produced some good fragrances that have also been commercially successful. They are certainly part of the mainstream, yet fragrances like Donna White or Trussardi Uomo are not the worst. Overall, the people there know very well what they are doing and what they are bringing to the market.

So it is here as well: a fresh, green scent that, after the top notes fade, references classic woods and also lets a bit of spice shine through. Towards the end, it becomes pleasantly warm, yet it remains distinctly a fresh men’s fragrance. I don’t really smell any florals; I would have to lie if I said otherwise, but the woods are absolutely clear. A mainstream scent, nothing special, but it could definitely find its place in the broad range of mediocrity, even if the longevity tends towards zero.

However, there is something that bothers me quite a bit about L'Uomo Trussardi - and hence the title: a disturbing, medicinal note runs through from the top to the base notes, which bears a strong resemblance to Voltaren pain gel. At first, I thought my sample had gone bad, but another one produced the same result. I was sure when my husband asked, "Does something hurt?" Great, that’s something you love to hear. oO

So who could wear L'Uomo Trussardi? Dr. House? Never. Dr. Brinkmann? More likely. But probably only the mountain doctor. He must have picked that up from the country doctor...

Relatively synthetic, fruity-sweet and woody scent. Reminds me of 24 (not gold). For me, it's a headache fragrance.
