It's about time...
I think it's time to leave a review for this wonderful fragrance by Van Cleef & Arpels "Orchid Leather" again....
First of all, I think this brand is generally absolutely great in terms of price-performance ratio and its fragrances! The look and quality of the bottles and the sprayers is also really great!
I ordered Orchid Leather blindly after extensive research into leather fragrances.
Immediately after spraying it on, I perceive the scent as sweet and spicy, somehow reminiscent of plum liqueur....
the plum remains present for me, whereby the fragrance remains correspondingly slightly fruity and the very soft suede quickly joins in in a way that I find pleasant.
The incense gives the fragrance a certain depth and the cistus grounds the whole thing harmoniously Over time, the vanilla comes through more and more, very discreetly, and the fragrance closes with this after many hours.
This fragrance lasts an incredibly long time on my skin, I could still feel it around me after more than 10 hours! Accordingly, the silage is also great, yet it is not intrusive! I can smell it directly on my skin with my nose for many more hours...
