Nuanced Tobacco
Unlike other tobacco fragrances, this one plays in a few directions, even if just slightly. On the open, this is tobacco with this lovely minty freshness, something more felt than smelled. From there, smoky tobacco dominates for the next few hours, except prompted up more typically with vanilla's warmth, sweetness, and spice. As this starts to fade to more of a skin scent, some new notes begin to emerge. Given the body of this perfume was so typical, I expected it to stay there, especially after the mint faded fairly quickly. That's not the case. The tobacco subsides, giving way to amber and woody notes. This is a very interesting and artful aroma, which surprised me across its impressive life cycle.
