Hazelnut per excellence
Decembrie 89 - Freedom Elixir is a special fragrance by a special artist.
Adi ale Van manages to create truly unique fragrances and wonderful bottles.

About the fragrance itself:
For me, this fragrance starts off quite strongly. A very unique kind of sweetness paired with spicy facets. It is definitely a gourmand. Citrus fruits are listed in the top note. Admittedly, I can hardly perceive them at all.
Lemon ? No.
Apple? Possibly very subtle
Orange? Maybe a little, yes.

At the forefront, however, I can definitely recognize one accord, the hazelnut.
The hazelnut is listed in the heart note and for me it is actually the heart of the fragrance in general.
A wonderful hazelnut accord with a warming vanilla accord. Hazelnut and vanilla work really well here and create a very special fragrance.
There is also an interesting and delicious shot of rum.
The rum adds a slightly alcoholic touch, but with a really alcoholic smell. Sounds strange, but it's really meant that way.
I can also smell a dark chocolate and possibly even a very subtle smoky touch. You can think of Havana Club rum, for example.
The taste of Havana Club always reminds me a little of a kind of dark chocolate and, in my opinion, this is the kind of rum used here.
