Fresh & sharp gin fizz!
The Key is one of the newest three releases from Navitus Parfums x Big Beard Business. It’s bright, fresh, sharp perfume that blends citruses with a distinctly heady gin fizz accord, ginger, and with a slightly sweet and woody dry down.
Certainly The Key not in the same vicinity as Siesta Drive in terms of sweetness; Siesta Drive is more overtly a sweet citrus blend whereas The Key puts the citruses, ginger, and gin fizz above all else. Whereas Siesta Drive might be the sweetest Navitus freshie to date, The Key may very well be the sharpest Navitus freshie to date, most in league with Verve Matin.
I’d give Siesta Drive the edge over The Key in terms of personal taste, but for those that want something a little less sweet, The Key is another nice freshie option of the house, alongside Elation and Soleil Matin, and performs well as a freshie.
Like the other most recent Navitus releases, The Key is priced at $145 for 100ml, so it’s nice to see that lower price point, as well as a lot of deals going on now.
