A fruity fragrance, surrounded by a very pleasant fruit salad that makes it perfect for summer.
Cheerful, joyful: a perfect picture of the summer season.
Personally, it is very sweet compared to the fragrances I usually wear, but it will be much appreciated by lovers of the genre.

Somewhere in the Caribbean by...

... a walk through the plantations on this island. On one side, you get the scent of pome fruit, berries, and lemons. As you continue walking, the smell of the flower beds comes in, along with cinnamon and ginger that sharpens the air a bit. From somewhere, wood also adds to the mix. Off to the veranda to enjoy a rum with lemon on ice.

When applying the fragrance, you first encounter a fruity sweet wave that makes you crave fruit. This is then surrounded by flowers and cinnamon. The ginger gives the scent a very slight sharpness that takes away some of its femininity. Finally, musk, amber, cedarwood, and vanilla add a bit more sweetness. The fruitiness remains constant.

This fragrance is neither feminine nor masculine, so it is unisex. I think it should be worn in leisure time. With courage, it can certainly also be used for other occasions to stand out.

The longevity and sillage are good.

The price is not exactly low.

Nevertheless, it is worth taking a look at this one.

Fruity Scent of Seduction

Between Summer Cheer and Candy Store

I bought Cocktail Maracuja because I was in the mood for a fruity, summery scent - and the name sounded promising. Unfortunately, the fragrance didn't quite convince me.

The first impression is extremely sweet and very artificial. The passion fruit note is there, but more like in a candy or lemonade - not like real fruit. Along with that, there's a mix of berries and citrus that reminded me more of a sweet shower gel than a high-quality perfume.

Over time, the scent becomes spicier and a bit creamier - I perceive spices like cinnamon and maybe cardamom, which makes it more interesting. But somehow, this artificial sweetness remains in the foreground and lays like a film over everything.

What you have to give it credit for: The longevity is really strong, almost too strong for a scent that you don't fully love. I could still smell it on my skin and clothes hours later - which was more of a disadvantage in this case.

Conclusion:
Cocktail Maracuja is not a bad scent, but it's just not for me. Too loud, too sweet, too artificial. Those who enjoy prominent fruity fragrances and have no problem with synthetic sweetness might like it. Personally, I would have wished for a bit more naturalness and freshness.
