At this stage, the fragrance feels pompous, even intrusive. And I ask myself: do I want to smell like this? So much oomph? So much sillage? Somehow no.
About an hour later, the fragrance has receded, the sultry heaviness gives way to an extremely appealing softness, a now harmonious floral bouquet with more iris, a little less jasmine, patchouli-spicy musk and for me clearly: vanilla amber. The sweetness remains, very velvety and dense - no airy clouds, but a lot of body. Erotika minimale reminds me of children's cream, good bath foam or feminine-scented skin oil, rich, nourishing, heart-warming and lulling - a sought-after feeling of being with yourself on a wellness day.
Eroticism? Not at all, but I also understand the name to mean "eroticism reduced to a minimum" - and that's exactly right. Very much so, actually. "Erotika minimale" is a girly fragrance, not just for boys, but for any woman who wants to feel girly. Innocent. Sweet. Harmless. Warm. Floral. Sweet. Well-behaved. Unspectacular. Linear, without excitement, corners or edges.
But simply mega-sympathetic. Like a best friend you can rely on blindly. That makes him exactly what you want to have around at certain times. He's uncomplicated, sweet and self-centered in a positive way.
Despite its "girlishness", I can actually see it being suitable for middle-aged or older ladies, as it has enough substance and something hiddenly special to appeal to a mature woman thanks to its present body and the later rose iris and patchouli
The longevity is well above average, the development is linear, except for the light and quickly fading spicy top note. What you smell after ten minutes remains, it just sorts itself out from annoying to balanced and soft.
Overall, a beautiful, rare and special fragrance for women themselves and not to have an effect on others, although it is noticed. He is simply not interested in it.

A pleasant fragrance and in my opinion Erotika minimale is unfairly underrated with a 6 in front of the decimal point...
