lime tea and moss

this one is a pretty straightforward moss scent, with fresh green ivy, loose leaf green tea, and bright citrusy lime. There’s a floral accord here from the water lily and it’s fresh and airy. There’s not much to this scent as it’s pretty self explanatory from the notes, but I think the simplicity is done really well here. A perfectly fresh, earthy, green and citrusy scent for spring.

Minty Tea in the Woods

This is finding that little waterfall in the woods, it creates a fine mist that keeps you cool and refreshed. Its just turned spring and there are bright green shoots of plants starting their new cycle of life. The rocks are covered with deep green spongy moss. This is a bright, fresh, and airy fragrance. It opens with a burst of citrus that quickly blends with the aromatics of the mint, tea, and pine with some aquatic florals. Its a clean green fragrance that isn't soapy or reminiscent of cleaning products. This is a great break from most of the fragrances Pineward has to offer. This is not weighed down with heavy resin or super sweet notes, this is gentle.

This is more of a skin scent but it does have enough lift that people around you can pick up on the citrus and mint. Perfect for the office or business meeting. The scent lasted on my skin for about 5 hours. There are various sizes and prices available starting at 4ml for $20, 17ml for $80, 37ml for $135, and 57ml for $205.

Dusty, floral mint

Without reading the notes I would say that there is iris here, a cold, glacial, metallic but dusty iris.
There is an aquatic base, bitter with a balsamic and lively centre, like one of those sweets with a liquid and very minty centre, fresh enough to go well in summer but with a certain dustiness that I believe will make it appreciated even in the mid-seasons.

Aptly-named, mossy green, humid, mixing dark and light

Sampling Pineward Perfumes Ivymoss, one of a recent quintet of spring/summer releases, densely green and woody, fittingly with a mossy vibe, a dewy greenness but darkly achieved, ranging from sharp spearmint and lemon verbena to darker woods. It blends some freshness and brightness with a bit of dank, woody density, that’s mostly pleasant but also challenging in a fun way. This feels like it runs the range from something fresher to something to dark, spanning the attributes of the house, largely, and it serves a fun companion to the fresher EDT offerings in the same collection.

Unlike most of the other recent releases, Ivymoss has darker juice, compounded in extrait concentration, and is priced at $205/135 for 57/37ml, a bit higher than the EDT pricing common to some of the house’s fresher fragrances. Overall, I quite like it, even if it’s not among my favorites in the line.
