Prin / Arsalan
Perfume referring to the Persian tale of Prince Arsalan (although in free translation from Arabic it should be Arslan (Lion)) - after all, Lion - according to Arabic translations, it is the king and lord of animals. No matter what the story is about now (shortcut and translation with references a few lines later).
In my opinion, the perfume is probably the most agaric of all Prin Lomros achievements. Here we have a strong hit of 2 types of agar (Cambodian and Thai-Cambodian TRAT). This oil is obtained from 100-year-old trees - their parts, shavings and considered to be one of the best in this class. Agar experts and admirers will surely be satisfied.
And how does it smell? For me, the beginning is a strong hit of the smell of oud combined with spices. These spices combined with musk emphasize the animalistic notes in this perfume ... personally I do not know how a lion smells (catlike, so I can imagine it similar), but for me it is associated with the smell of a warm and slightly sweaty horse (although I know other perfumes that I associate it much more with this fragrance). Maybe some people will think of a sweaty guy right after exercise (I've also heard such a comparison - at least the beginning of the smell; there may be something to it), because the smell is slightly salty and rises up like the warmth of a hot body.
But I would like to point out right away - it is not a typical animal fragrance, for me it is the other bottom of this fragrance. The first is a very good and high-quality agar aroma, then spicy-animal.
With time - and this is beautiful in this fragrance - floral notes of oriental flowers emerge. I think that travelers or people visiting the Far East outskirts of Asia will remember this smell. So here we are dealing with a nice chameleon that is making a metamorphosis on my body - and I like it very much, because it was all mixed up by Mr. Lomros so that the perfumes can be for men and women and nothing bothers here. They are definitely unique.
Below I am throwing in the translation on one side and the ingredients that will probably help you better understand where this feeling of a hot body, saltiness and orientalism may come from. I wonder which you will catch.
Very good durability (8-10 hours), good projection - they do not shout to everyone around.
“The Persian legend of Arsalan is the story of a royal heir who discovers his hidden heritage and decides to regain the throne. As befits a fragrance based on hidden power, Arsalan is a wonderful, richly textured, floral-spicy fragrance that is warm, lush and romantic, but also reveals an intensely potent blend of some of the finest Southeast Asian ouds. Beneath the bright, seductive bouquet of juicy, smooth champaca and jasmine, the intense and carnal rush of Cambodian oud and Thai oud Trat displays the multidimensional profile of the sweet, warm, sensual tones of oud. Bright, sparkling olibanum incense harmonizes with an exotic spice blend for uplifting and refined complexity. Prince Arsalan took a long journey to reveal his nobility, but the fragrance of Arsalan is undeniably, wonderfully regal. '
Fragrance Notes:
Cambodian oud, Trat oud, sambac jasmine, champaca magnolia, olibanum, turmeric, clove, cumin, cardamom, cinnamon, cumin, coriander, gardenia, opoponax, saffron, sandalwood, patchouli, musk
