Petals at Dusk
Indigo Night is the first of the wonderful Prin perfumes I’ve tried that truly blew me away. It manages to be a sweet, warm, and comforting scent while still having a nice rough edge to it. The first time I smelled it, I was hooked immediately.

The entire composition gets carried by a warm, herbaceous, tea-like scent provided by chamomile. The second most notable aspect is the powdery and creamy iris, getting more depth from violet or lavender. What makes it the most interesting is the slight animality you get from it. Especially in the dry down, you get the roughness from a small dose of hyraceum, with accents of leather and tobacco. This is also when the resinous ingredients of patchouli and labdanum come into play. It’s all very addictive, making me want to keep coming back for more.

The performance is great, easily lasting for 9 hours, sometimes even more. It’s most noticeable in the first 3 hours but still shows itself afterward. It sticks to clothing and stays strong for a long time as well.

All in all, Indigo Night is a great and interesting perfume that combines wearability with a bold edge. If you’re looking to discover the house of Prin, this is an amazing place to start.

Dark Fragrance for Cold Nights
Prin's Indigo Night is a multifaceted scent that stands out and defines itself through the concept that it resembles the color that it shares its name with. This fragrance, while quite rich in nuance, opens with a burst of what I can only refer to as "purple" florals, specifically an extremely dominant violet and sweet jacaranda that smells of grapes, with an anchoring touch of herbal and calming chamomile. A wishy-woshy touch of juicy blackcurrant peeks through the pleasant fruity-floral profile.
Within the development of the fragrance, it does take on a warmer and spicier heart featuring clove, nutmeg, and fenugreek to create a glow. The base of this scent is where the complexities and challenging factors truly lie. There is an accord that is dark, resinous and faintly murky patchouli and labdanum, as well as cade oil, that gets layered in the scent's strength. Then we have a noticeable pairing of hyraceum, leather and tobacco I will refer to as a "stanky" animalic trio.

The Dark And Mysterious Night
Its Dark and chill night. Moon lighting the Field and Flowers. You smell the beautiful creamy florals, almost oriental feeling. But there is something mysterious hiding in midst of the darkness.

You can smell the beautiful florals in the start. Violet, Lavender, heliotrope and orris. Floral creamy and almost oriental mix.

As time passes the hyraceum, leather and tobacco give it this dark and mysterious feeling.

If you like darker florals that are not overly animalic but still has elements of animalic to it, this is something you will love to the moon and back.

Waxy (orris) animalic chamomile mostly. Which is not that pleasant for me. Indigo flowers, geranium and currant are quite subtle.

Sampled for the leather-violet dyad, discovered a multifaceted stunner. Powdery, floral, dank + peaty. A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night.
