Creamy, soft, feel good
The gentle creamy feel good scent for warmer temperatures!
The fragrance is very pleasant and soft, but not weak. My mother is totally into Vanhera by Laboratorio Olfattivo. In her words, it’s the slightly dusty powdery scent that fascinates her. L’eau papier is the perfect addition for spring/summer (German summer, I wouldn’t wear it at 30°).
When you hear about the rice note, you can definitely smell it. With the rice as a framework, it smells exceptionally soft, creamy, clean, slightly woody, and warm. It really works all the time. Not something to stand out, but something you wear for yourself and close acquaintances. An extremely cozy creamy scent for those who wear fragrances for themselves.

Jack of all Trades, Master of none?
Briefly about the scent:
Cologne as an EDP? At first, that sounded strange to me, but it piqued my curiosity. This contrast, or rather this evolution, runs through the scent's development. I think two words describe this fragrance: active and transparent. Active because it is not transparent like molecular scents such as Escentric Molecules or Juliette has a gun Not a perfume. No, the scent is subtly transparent yet present. It envelops the wearer in a natural aura that doesn't smell like them, but they could naturally smell like this.
It starts fresh and subtly floral, with a natural feeling that simultaneously feels modern. One can faintly recognize the Cologne DNA like a skyline in the misty distance. However, this could also be a figment of imagination due to the name. Over time, the slightly powdery Ex Nihilo DNA comes through, as known from Fleur Narcotique. The sillage is not extreme, but the scent can be perceived for several hours, for me about 4 hours, and then less. As a close-to-skin scent, about 7-8 hours. Cologne 352 has an elegant, high-quality depth, as if something natural has been artificially optimized. In the drydown, it already resembles Fleur Narcotique but is more masculine.
If it were about universality, this would be the ultimate scent. But do we really want that? I think most people here feel like I do, and we are not looking for the one fragrance that works all the time, but rather the special, the exciting one that we wear depending on our mood (even if it's for work). Accordingly, while this scent can actually be worn at any time, it is unlikely to be worn all the time. Its strengths lie in situations where subtle signaling of class is required. As for the time of day, it is definitely more suitable for daytime, but as mentioned, there are no limits to its use; from the gym to a gala ball, the scent is never truly out of place.
My conclusion is that one really needs to test Cologne 352, and if it appeals to you, you should definitely buy it. An absolute top fragrance, but for not everyone will the wow effect be strong enough to justify the price.

Beautifully pleasant masculine scent
Hello everyone,
This fragrance and I have a complicated relationship. When I first smelled it, I found it a bit boring, or rather, there was no wow moment. A little later, I received a sample that I used and liked. A very pleasant fresh-woody masculine scent, you can't go wrong with it; it will almost please everyone and works pretty much anytime and anywhere. Since the fragrance didn't stand out in any category, I didn't purchase it. A year later, I received another sample. By now, I really like it on paper and would love to wear it as an everyday scent. Unfortunately, I can hardly smell it myself after a short time, even though others can still detect it. Because of this, it's unfortunately out for me, as I primarily want to smell fragrances myself. Therefore, I also won't give a quantified rating.
Accordingly, my conclusion is that you should definitely test Dior Homme 2020 on your skin. It is certainly a crowd-pleaser and not ultra-generic or loud.

Spontaneous purchase after long doubts
Almost exactly a year ago, I received and tested a sample of Dior Homme Intense. The time during which I tested the fragrance was challenging and filled with mixed feelings. Nevertheless, I found Dior Homme Intense to be very positive, especially the gentle creamy drydown, for example on sweaters the next day.
Since then, I have occasionally sniffed at Dior in perfume stores but could never bring myself to make a purchase, partly due to the mixed memories I associate with the scent. Last week, I found Gentleman EDP Reserve Privé in a perfume store in a gift set with a 30% discount (where I actually wanted to smell the Dior again). I smelled the Givenchy, and it reminded me a bit of Dior Homme Intense with a modern nutty twist. In short, I seized the opportunity and have worn the Givenchy a few times now. After the opening, it becomes even more similar to DHI. But let's take it step by step.
I find the scent rather linear; there is no fundamental change. However, it does evolve in that it becomes increasingly gentle, softer, and rounder. Ultra pleasant, for me it truly is a feel-good scent that is both cozy and radiates energy. But how does it smell now?
In the opening, I smell iris, with a tiny bit of whiskey (if it weren't listed in the notes, I probably wouldn't smell it), something reminds me of the drydown of Chanel Allure Homme (probably benzoin). Over time, the fragrance becomes softer, maintaining a pleasing blend of iris, chestnut, and patchouli.
Regarding longevity, there are no complaints. Projection is not extreme but pleasant, sillage was tested on my girlfriend and is top-notch. Longevity is 8h+, on the skin after about 4h there is only a little projection left.
For me, it is an absolute top feel-good fragrance that is universally applicable in autumn/winter. Only those looking for a beast mode scent with brutal projection will need to make concessions.

Delightfully dry, citrusy, woody, serious
With the title, everything is almost said, and the rest can be read in previous reviews. A scent that not everyone would wear, but with which one doesn't clash anywhere. Very serious, less playful fragrance, yet with a certain freshness. Oud is noticeable, but rather woody fresh and not very polarizing. Wearable all year round except for the height of summer. Longevity is above average. Anyone looking for a serious fresh-herbaceous scent should give this a try. Absolute top sprayer that mists evenly and a beautiful bottle.
