Jack of all trades, master of none?
Briefly about the fragrance:
Cologne as an EDP? That sounded strange to me at first, but it made me curious. This contrast, or rather this evolution, runs through the fragrance. I think two words describe this fragrance: active and transparent. Active because it is not transparent like molecular fragrances such as Escentric Molecules or Juliette has a gun Not a perfume. No, the fragrance is transparently inconspicuous and yet present. It envelops the wearer in a natural aura that does not smell like him or her, but he or she could smell like this by nature.
It starts fresh and subtly floral, with a natural feel that is modern at the same time. From a distance, you can recognize the Cologne DNA like a skyline in the misty distance. However, this may also be an illusion due to the name. Over time, the slightly powdery Ex Nihilo DNA comes through, as we know it from Fleur Narcotique. The sillage is not extreme, but the fragrance lasts for several hours, for me about 4 hours and then less. As a close-to-the-skin fragrance about 7-8 hours. Cologne 352 has an elegant, high-quality depth, as if something natural has been artificially optimized. In the drydown, it resembles Fleur Narcotique, but is more masculine.

If it were all about universality, this would be the ultimate fragrance. But do we really want that? I think most of us here are like me and we are not looking for the one fragrance that always works, but the special, the exciting one that we apply depending on our mood (even if we are going to work). Accordingly, you can actually wear this fragrance all the time, but you will hardly ever do so. Its strengths lie in situations where a subtle signaling of class is required. As far as the time of day is concerned, it is definitely more suitable during the day, but as I said, there are no limits to its use - from the gym to a gala ball, the fragrance is not really out of place anywhere.

My conclusion is that you really have to try Cologne 352 and if you like it you should definitely buy it. An absolute top fragrance, but not everyone will find the wow effect big enough to justify the price.

Carte blanche
This card allows you everything, you can always pull it and so is this fragrance. He makes a good mood, smells fresh and lasts incredibly long. A dear perfumer has written today "your soul fragrance". If there is one for me, then he is probably.

352, that's an address in the Rue Saint Honore in Paris - that's where this wonderful creation comes from. And this is what they themselves write about this fragrance and I think aptly describe:

"A gentle burst of Italian lemon rises to a crescendo of orange blossom heart, rounded off with a substantial background of white cedar, guaiac wood and white musk. Fresh and sparkling like a morning walk in the garden of the Tuileries."

I myself think I also perceive a bissi lemongrass, which gives the whole thing a kick. But could also be the combination with the guaiac wood.

The Carte Blanche also get the perfumers, believe the makers of Ex Nihilo. "Do what you want - the main thing is good, it pleases and the quality is right!". I like that and I sign so.

When do I pull this card?

when
- it's getting warm and all other scents would slay me
- outside the rain is falling and I need sunshine in my heart
- the sun is shining and the birds are already chirping in the morning
- i can not decide

Crossover from the kitchen of perfumers - good home cooking interpreted in a modern way. A cologne for me in name only. And thanks to Sylvie Loday, Oliver Royere, Benoit Verdier and the Createur of this beautiful composition - Jacques Huclier.
