This fragrance is the equivalent of that.
Starts off cheerfully floral, almost innocent. But there's something behind it that you already know is more than just a bit of falling in love. There is something spicy. Something that gives you a little sexy shake. You will probably feel the encounter in all parts of your being. It will linger. And that is special.

And that's how it should be. Over time (after about 1 hour for me), the fragrance becomes so warm and soft while remaining spicy that it tingles inside me and the floral note makes it resonate in a way that I have rarely smelled so beautifully in combination.
This is something special. And it lasts. It envelops and warms me, it ensnares and seduces me. Someone has come to stay. And he can and should please do so.
I can still smell the vanilla on me the next morning in a particularly flattering way. That's a good thing. I won't give you away again.

Starts very floral, but not restrained. Quickly becomes a little more sedate and then has a lot of that "old money" that many people talk about. Probably the leather in the nutmeg combination. I don't like nutmeg per se, but the floral notes cover it harmoniously.
I love this old elegance. For me, it's a wonderful fragrance for special evenings. Evenings when you exchange almost mysterious glances. Touches that crackle.
All wrapped up in this beauty that only these wonderful, antique theaters and opera houses have.
Yes, it might smell old-fashioned to people who don't like it. i have read "granny scent".
But I personally really like this opulent maturity in fragrances. Sometimes you don't want to feel young and fresh. Sometimes you need that certain something that catapults you and your companion into that special romanticism of the old days.

For me, one of the most beautiful oud fragrances.

When I was 14, I once had a glittery body spray that smelled the same. Yes, now the would-be experts come running straight out and shout: "But it can't be. This here is a noble blablabla".
It is what it is - the fragrance seems arbitrary. And not even in a particularly beautiful way. Pineapple and pepper are the first to pop, I find the combination somehow alcoholic smelling. Oud joins in - by no means a soft one. No, it's tart and sweet, and together they create a cocktail of a fragrance that is definitely noticeable. Not unisex for me, definitely more masculine. But nothing that I have never smelled before. Unfortunately, you can smell this one even from 10 meters away and forever. A fragrance for egomaniacs who think a little too highly of themselves. It screams "Smell me!!!!" and that catapults this fragrance straight into an unattractive corner for me.

In the drydown, by the way, it's a little softer and certainly okay on a man I like anyway. But nothing more. Sorry Nishane.
Apart from that, I really like you.

The notes on the sheet are an absolute must-have for me. Honey, tonka bean, leather, fruit. Everything I want is there.
But does it smell as expected?
Oh yes baby. Not that I've never smelled anything like it before. Not that I have. But it kicks. Seductive red berries bedded on honey. The leather and smoky notes wrap around the sweetness and make it sexy. For me, it's suitable for everyday wear - but I like fragrances to be statement fragrances.
After a while, the smoky leather note becomes a little more pronounced. Not overpowering though. Wonderfully balanced with vanilla. Some dirty feminine sweetness. Big love for this.

Even bigger love for the price. I'm used to different with these fragrance creations. Bottle definitely soaks in.
Longevity also unexpectedly great.
What more could my fragrance heart want?
