Don't be misled by first impressions

It's hard to avoid Liquide Gold at the moment. On this occasion, I decided to test this fragrance and went to my trusted perfumery.
I initially found the scent on the fragrance strip outstanding. Rather sweet, floral and a hint of sour fruitiness. In fact, I was so overwhelmed by the uniqueness of this fragrance that I had to buy it
So I decided to buy it and wanted to use it the next day. However, the sharp, tangy top note kept making me sneeze. I could therefore also understand the parallel with the One Million fragrance. This fragrance also always makes me sneeze. I didn't dare to wear this fragrance extensively for a week - which was a mistake in hindsight.
So I decided to take the risk and spread a good 8 spritzes along my neck. The top note still takes some getting used to: slightly pungent, very sharp and floral for me.
The development of this fragrance, however, leaves me speechless. It develops into a sweet fragrance that is almost a little gourmand. In my opinion, this scent is comparable to cookie dough. However, it never loses its floral note. I am not at all fond of floral fragrances - this fragrance has proved me wrong.
The scent is also creamy, similar to sun cream (which I also hate the smell of) with an orange note.
Apparently, the fragrance has everything I don't like and still turns out to be my new favorite in my collection.
I only understand the association with hospitals in the first few minutes of the fragrance. After that, it is as pleasant as only a few fragrances I know.
I am also impressed by the durability. I have to spray it on once in the evening if I want the night to be long. However, this is the case for me with almost every fragrance.
The bottle is an absolute 10/10 for me. I think it looks great in any collection.
I've been wearing this fragrance for almost 2 weeks in a row in everyday life and in the evening when I go out. It is so versatile and unique.
I have rarely smelled something so complex.
Try it out! It will be worth it for many.

Feelings that stay

You know those encounters that make you bubble over with joy and that you never expected to go so deep? This fragrance is the equivalent of that.
Starts off cheerfully floral, almost innocent. But there's something behind it that you already know is more than just a bit of falling in love. There is something spicy. Something that gives you a little sexy shake. You will probably feel the encounter in all parts of your being. It will linger. And that is special.

And that's how it should be. Over time (after about 1 hour for me), the fragrance becomes so warm and soft while remaining spicy that it tingles inside me and the floral note makes it resonate in a way that I have rarely smelled so beautifully in combination.
This is something special. And it lasts. It envelops and warms me, it ensnares and seduces me. Someone has come to stay. And he can and should please do so.
I can still smell the vanilla on me the next morning in a particularly flattering way. That's a good thing. I won't give you away again.

Liquid gold

The opening of Liquide "Gold" is simply gorgeous. This mandarin note is unlike anything I have ever smelled before.
But the special thing is the solar note, which only emerges later in the fragrance. The whole thing is then rounded off with a beautiful orange blossom and vanilla. In my opinion, one of the most beautiful fragrances ever and currently my favorite. The longevity and sillage are also above average and the bottle is extremely high quality.

perfect feel-good mix

One of the best, if not the best of the brand! In the opening, the fine mandarin note is particularly convincing, which then subsides somewhat in the drydown and is supported by the solar note. However, the fragrance DNA always remains fruity, creamy and slightly spicy, which makes the fragrance an absolute "perennial favorite" for me and you can wear it all year round.

Above-average longevity and sillage!

Soft, sweet and spicy fragrance with plenty of power

I tested this great fragrance towards the end of last year. It was a fragrance that had already completely won me over and so it went on my wish list. It's a great brand that has a great range and I want to test a few more fragrances. This Liquide is already one of the brand's bestsellers. Only the Blanche Bête seems to be a bit more popular in terms of fame and sales figures. This one is also in my collection and is also a perfect fragrance if you like those really creamy, exotic clean scents. Blanche Bete and this Liquide complement each other well as they both exude that feel-good factor: Clean, warm, sensual and simply that certain something that stays in your memory. With Liquide, you get a sweet and spicy fragrance that is not just for fall and winter. This sweet and creamy spice can also be worn in spring and in mild temperatures. It can also be a good evening fragrance in summer. A fragrance that is never too heavy, yet always extremely present in terms of performance. A great balanced fragrance that spreads this beautiful warm aura. The 100ml is definitely worth it, as you can wear this fragrance on many occasions. Even though this fragrance is in the collection of 90% of men, it can be worn very well by both sexes. This sensual, warm DNA cannot be assigned to any gender.

This RRP is not cheap, but a few percent off is often possible. It's absolutely worth it and this fragrance is worth the price in my opinion, especially when you compare it to other niche brands.
The packaging is quite large and attractive. A cardboard box in which this bottle is stowed away in a small bag. Gold naturally makes an impression and the 100ml are quite powerful. The bottle is very pretty and has a great lid. It looks good in any collection and catches the eye, also because of this color.
The fragrance is perfection in my eyes and the rating of 8.5 is absolutely fair. The sensual warmth that this fragrance radiates is very addictive. Absolutely a fragrance that stays in your memory and a fragrance that you like to have in your nose. What makes this fragrance so special is this great blend. This great blend of sweet-creamy, spicy, fruity and floral notes lays beautifully on the skin. The notes are well interwoven and offer a great overall package of the many facets. The fruity component in the top note is provided by mandarin, which appears fruity and creamy. There is also a summery solar note that is very special and gives it a great warmth. There is also a great saffron spice, which is beautifully soft and also harmonizes perfectly with these soft notes. This great creamy orange blossom also convinces with this very soft note. This soft heart note is really pleasant and makes this creation wonderfully soft. In the base, there are 2 synthetic notes with Ambrofix and Georgywood, which do not really appear synthetic here. A great mix of ambroxan and sensual woods. There is also vanilla and white musk, which is present throughout the creation. A great creamy sweetness. All in all, a great creation where no notes seem really bare and this is perfectly interwoven. A fragrance that you can also wear in everyday life without any problems, but also for much more elegant occasions.
Performance is really good. The sillage is really strong, but this DNA is very soft so that it never seems too penetrating. Also the durability is really good with over 10 hours and already an all-round carefree package. Full recommendation for this fragrance.

All in all, perfection in my eyes if you like sweet, spicy and creamy fragrances. I am delighted that this fragrance is in my collection.
