Spicy-creamy-authentic fragrant beauty
I have to dedicate a review to this fragrance; I can't help it. Why, you will read below.

I was recommended Myrrh & Tonka by a very nice Parfumo here. On my own, I probably wouldn't have thought to test it. Until then, I had not known any Jo Malone fragrance, and I had heard that the JM scents are not very long-lasting on the skin, which also held me back. Additionally, I wasn't very familiar with myrrh. Until the day I found myself in the Düsseldorf Jo Malone store based on that recommendation. Curious and almost casually. In front of the Myrrh & Tonka bottle. I want to emphasize the design and quality of the bottle at this point. The glass is very high-quality, wonderfully and elegantly crafted in my opinion, and the sprayer is excellent. But that's just a side note. What matters to me is the content of a bottle.

I first sprayed Myrrh and Tonka on a paper strip, waited a minute, and sniffed cautiously. It smelled good, so it got to go on my skin: I perceived a pleasantly spicy, slightly sweet (I smell a honey note that is not listed), warm, creamy, mysteriously alluring scent. It evokes an oriental association for me. In my opinion, the fragrance is incredibly beautiful, soft, enveloping, balsamic, and a hint sexy. Dark-warm-spicy-sexy. However, at no time is it intrusive, as Myrrh & Tonka does not need to be. It smells beautifully balanced and extraordinary to me. I also do not find it artificial at all.

Back to my first sniff in the store: About 5 minutes after testing it on my skin, I had carried the bottle (with another Jo Malone fragrance) to the checkout. I was so positively overwhelmed by Myrrh & Tonka that I had to have it NOW. The price seems quite reasonable to me for what you get.

I have not regretted my immediate purchase for a second since then. Not many weeks have passed since my purchase, but I wear the fragrance incredibly gladly.

I see Myrrh & Tonka more in the cooler season, given the theme it represents for me.

In my opinion, the fragrance can be wonderfully worn by both men and women. The longevity on my skin is about 6-7 hours. The sillage is noticeable but quiet. I recently heard the term “French sillage” from a Parfumo and think it also fits Myrrh & Tonka: Because it is noble, understated, and gently envelops its wearer.

I do not want to miss this beautiful, feel-good fragrance that is also alluring.

Many thanks and warm regards at this point to the nice, aforementioned "Parfumo advisor," without whom this fragrance would certainly have remained hidden from me. :)

Beautiful, authentically floral interplay
I received a sample from a dear friend who is a perfumer. I liked it so much that I later acquired a larger amount as part of a sharing.

But: I don't know what the scent does to me, I am confused. Why is that? Until now, I was under the impression that I really like loud, floral, and also oriental-tinged, long-lasting fragrances and own a few in this direction. Only one point of my assumed fragrance preferences can be found in Gris Dior: floral. To my nose, the scent is incredibly fine, floral, noble, delicate, authentic, and in no way smells artificial. At the same time, it has a slightly woody/balsamic scent. Beautiful and, for me, fairy-like. I can't think of a comparable fragrance for Gris Dior.

I see the scent as rather feminine.
Gris Dior is, in my opinion, suitable for everyday wear and work.

The longevity on my skin is about 4 hours, which is not very enduring (also considering the price, but that is my subjective opinion).
The sillage is, in my opinion, rather weak, but still noticeable. Now and then, a cloud of Gris Dior comes my way and I am enchanted-happy. Ah, so that's what the scent does to me....

Floral-Spicy Comfort Vanilla
I discovered Vanori through a website based on my entered fragrance preferences and ordered it as part of a fragrance sample set, as the scent pyramid sounds very beautiful and interesting to me. I have worn the fragrance several times and allow myself to write a review, even though I recently made a statement. But that seems too little for this scent.

Vanori starts off beautifully floral, delicate, sweetly affectionate, but at the same time slightly spicy (not too much) for my nose. I find it beautifully balanced, but with a tendency towards femininity. Vanori develops wonderfully for me until it becomes a very lovely vanilla scent after a few hours. I perceive the vanilla as soft, creamy, enveloping, and by no means sweet/sugary. For me, it is a feel-good vanilla. I keep sniffing at myself and am enchanted. Vanori falls into the category of "elf scent".

The longevity of the fragrance, despite it being generally in the lighter perfume category, is about 6-7 hours for me. The sillage is, fittingly for the fragrance, well noticeable and not too quiet. I perceive the scent on myself very well, even over a longer period. However, I think it presents itself even better and more beautifully in the warmer season.

The more often I wore Vanori, the more I liked it. By the way, a small bottle moved in with me a few days ago, and I am very happy about my new, slightly spicy floral-vanilla blend.

Fragrance Love at First Sniff
This is my first review here of a fragrance.
I have only been delving into the world of scents more thoroughly since December 2021. Until then, I had a handful of perfumes that I wore occasionally. The scents and I had a rather superficial (skin) contact. Except for "Alien" (the original T. Mugler version! The new formulation unfortunately doesn't do much for me), perhaps, which I really liked.

Well, in the past few weeks, as mentioned at the beginning, I have been exploring the world of fragrances more (thanks to YT). I stumbled upon some posts about PDM Delina, which praised the perfume quite highly, but that doesn’t necessarily mean much at first. However, the fragrance pyramid sounded very good and interesting to my taste. Thanks to a lovely perfumer here, I received a sample. Because I don't want to spend a lot of money blindly on anything.

The sample arrived, I sprayed it on, and I was immediately in love before the perfume even touched my skin. Delina smells rosy (not the old-fashioned rose, a beautiful rose), fresh, fruity, sweet, but not too sweet, flirtatious, and elegant at the same time. I had never smelled anything like this before!

Every time I wear Delina, I feel extremely feminine, more attractive (because girls, we are all already attractive), playful, and sassy. I also feel a few centimeters taller ;) .
I believe that a young woman can wear this fragrance just as well as a mature woman. Although the perfume is fruity floral, I have no problem wearing it currently in the cold, nasty season. That may be due to the associations I described above.

Delina gives me a wonderful, positively uplifting feeling and good mood. I have to be careful not to "overdo it"....
The scent lasts about 7 hours on my skin. The sillage is very good, a little cloud of Delina keeps coming back to me. The perfume radiates very well, but not overwhelmingly.

You can think what you want about Delina's hype. For me, it is an extraordinarily beautiful, feminine scent that will likely accompany me for some time.

Thank you for reading. :)
