Sensual Healing
This perfume may be one of the sexiest scents I’ve ever smelled. Like, WOW. I don’t know what took me so damn long to try it, but I know now, that I’ll never be without it.
Musc Ravageur gives you all the different angles to musk, served with sides of sweet and spicy. The musk is soft, but strong and slightly animalic. The cinnamon is prominent with its warm spiciness, but the vanilla + amber add a smooth resinous sweetness to balance it out. It’s a very intense, sensual scent. Like a pheromone that could make someone feral. The cherry on top of this sexy ass fragrance is its name. It perfectly captures the deep lustful energy/vibe of this fragrance.
The performance is outstanding (it’s one to be light handed with) and it’s a scent that you definitely save for spicy & spontaneous nights. Even if you don’t like this scent profile, I think it’s one truly worth sampling and experiencing. To me, it’s a masterpiece.

Alien kidnapped by vanilla & amber
In the fragrance community, flankers are iterations of fragrances that we either hate (and hope to love served another way) or fragrance that we love, transformed. Alien Essence Absolue is one of the most genius flankers to have ever been created, and it seems to be well loved across OG Alien haters and lovers. I, for one, am a die-hard Alien girlie, so when I finally got my hands on this discontinued beauty, I was ecstatic.
AEA smells just like my title lol. It’s the original Alien, but it’s been stolen away by a very deep, resinous amber+myrrh, and a boozy, dark vanilla. This dynamic duo take the intense jasmine of the original Alien, and soften her up without ever quieting her down. The cashmeran serves as an accomplice, and adds a soft woodiness to the base of a very sweet floriental. I also love how AEA holds onto that slightly medicinal and mystical Alien DNA, but sharpens the rough edges of it. It’s honestly magic.
AEA is a very glamorous fragrance that bows down for no one. It’s got excellent performance, and leaves an intoxicating bubble / trail around you. It’s truly perfect for the cold seasons and stays with you all day. The weather hasn’t been great here in NYC, and when I wore it this week, I fell in love with it all over again.
It’s OOP (out of production) now, so the prices for it are insane. But if you can get your hands on it for a good price, I highly recommend it. Big love.

Sex & Roses
I really don’t even know where to start with this scent. From the name, to the stiletto cap, to the red juice, all the way down to the scent, this is hands down one of the sexiest scents I’ve ever encountered. And coming from someone who hates cherry, this fragrance has easily become one of my favorite cherry scents.
Fétiche La Rose falls into a category of fragrances I like to call, “simple beasts”. Simple beasts always have just a few notes to them, but exhibit high complexity, quality, and performance. The black cherry + rose are reminiscent of the similar combo in
Carmina, but without the strong amber and musk of the latter. The cherry in La Rose is a true, dark cherry. One that stains your fingers and lips after biting into it, leaving its blood-like nectar behind as evidence. Very bold, natural, and with a perfect balance of tartness and sweetness. The cherry leads in its dance with the rose, and the pink pepper leads in its dance with the ginger. Together, they add a warmth and sparkling fresh spiciness to a dark, but gleaming scent.
I am truly as infatuated as I expected to be, given my love for deep rose scents (shoutout to
Fenty Eau de Parfum)! I think those that are rose-averse and rose-obsessed could easily be seduced by the sheer sexiness of this scent. By no means is this a safe blind buy and the bottle may put some off, but it is so c*nty and true to the Louboutin aesthetic. It absolutely deserves a try and all of the hype/love it’s currently receiving. I’m ecstatic to have her in my collection.

Angel in Summer Solstice
Recently, I was able to get my hands on all the new Muglers (
Alien Extraintense,
Angel Stellar, and this one) and I was quite excited to test this Fantasm, given the comparison to and with owning
Angel Iced Star. And to be quite honest with you, I wasn’t expecting to like Fantasm more than AIS, but here we are!
Angel Fantasm is essentially Angel Iced Star boosted by a big, boozy vanilla note and a tropical tiare flower. The tiare amps up the coconut, and serves tropical floral goddess in this composition. The patchouli is also much more turned up in this, which is what I felt was missing from
Angel Iced Star. To be deemed a *true* Angel flanker, one must hone in on that characteristic, chocolate-y patchouli, and Angel Fantasm definitely gives us that patchouli more than any of the other summer Angel flankers. If you are someone that hates the OG Angel but likes fruity tutti scents, Iced Star is your girl. But if you are a fan of the OG and Iced Star fell a bit short for you, check out Ms. Fantasm.
Fantasm is louder in sillage and leaves the most divine scent trail. Can’t speak to longevity as of yet, but given the stronger patchouli, I have a feeling it won’t lack in staying power. This is the true summer Angel, and one of the better flanker releases from Mugler as of recent! Can’t wait to get my hands on a full bottle. She’s the summer Angel flanker I’ve been craving all this time.

A white dwarf in dark matter
If I have to pick a signature scent from any of the scents in my current collection, it would be this one. To me, it’s one of the most perfect fragrances I’ve ever come across. And Stellar Times is actually the perfect name for a scent as intergalactic as this.
ST is an orange blossom dipped in resinous peru balsam. Think of the orange blossom as the brightest speck of a hot star, burning in the dark matter of the universe. A white dwarf, freely existing in the time-space continuum of forever. The white amber acts as a veil for the contrast between light of the flower, and dark of the balsam. It’s unlike any other orange blossom scent I’ve ever come across. And I am utterly obsessed.
This baby also packs a major punch (as is expected from the LV Extrait line), with a very strong, sweeping sillage and longevity for literally weeks (on clothes anyway!). At this point, Stellar Times is one of my most complimented scents and I have to be careful wearing it out cause it does attract unwanted attention lolololol.
One of the absolute best from the LV Extrait line (next to
Symphony) and my orange blossom addiction. Worth every expensive penny that it costs. Shoot this into my veins!!!
