My favorite green
This smells exactly like when I'm grinding coriander seeds and then I toast them on a hot pan. Green, aromatic, savory.
The first couple of hours, it's this coriander scent, with a fresh background. Imagine during the winter, you're grinding coriander seeds right next to the open window and there's a cold wind blowing...
Then in the dry down, it transitions to something musky and powdery. Like an elevated, classy baby powder. Ahhh I love this scent so much! It is my most favorite green scent I have ever owned so far!
It has rather strong sillage, and pretty good longevity (about 2+ hours before becoming moderate sillage, and actually lasts for days on clothes).
I would recommend this if you love true green fragrances and you want to smell like a plant and/or a spice :)

The best of its kind!
I am one of those people who unfortunately are kind of anosmic to Iso-E Super.
However, my nose is so sensitive against ambroxan!
I have tried
Not a Perfume Eau de Parfum,
Molecule 01,
AnOther 13 Eau de Parfum, and
Genetic Bliss. All of them are either too overwhelmingly screechy to me, or I barely could smell something something (which I'm not sure whether I actually did smell something or it's just from my hopeful imagination because the thought of being fully anosmic to something that other people find as really beautiful is just too depressing for me).
But this one!!! Wow! This here is the winner! It's so beautiful! I can smell some ambroxan in the base, but it's not overwhelming! I can also smell some bergamot, and something slightly musky.. which I guess is the Civettone? It's not animalic to me, but really smelling it makes me go RAWR lol I guess when people say this is animalic, it's more that this brings out the animalic side of people who smell this perfume!
Longevity and sillage are just *chef's kiss*! It's not too loud, moderate-to-strong projection. And it lasts for 8+ hours!
I highly recommend this to those of you who just can't get along with any of the 'your-skin-but-better' or molecular perfumes I mentioned above!

Simple beauty that is overpriced
When I first sprayed it, it was an immediate bergamot bomb! Thankfully, I love bergamot. Then a few minutes later, I started smelling the cedar. As well as something I would guess in the same family as Ambrofix or Ambroxan in the base. It's fresh, woody, and slightly aromatic. For someone like me, that thrives to smell like a fancy hotel lobby or a sauna, this perfume is so beautiful!
Performance-wise, it has moderate sillage and pretty good longevity. I could still smell it after 5+ hours. Not a beast-mode, which I really like. It's not at all intrusive nor screechy, it just calms my mood.
Admitedly, this was a blind buy. I saw it new for 60% off, and I thought well it sounds right up my alley so why not! And again thankfully, it worked out perfectly. This is my first Floraiku fragrance, and I too was curious of the packaging (which many people rave about). It is indeed, very high quality packaging and presentation!
Now, would I buy it with the full price (€265 at the moment as I write this review)? No way. I mean, sure it is beautiful. But if you're on the hunt for freshy, woody, aromatic scents, there are other better price-performance alternatives out there. I would say
Nothing but Sea and Sky,
Tam Dao Eau de Parfum,
601 Vétiver Cèdre Bergamote,
Bergamot Cedarwood Scent Experience, and
Dylan Eau de Parfum are in the same realm as
In the Rain. Unless you really want the beautiful, high quality packaging, I guess go for it!

A cold glass of iced lemon-green tea
This fragrance is basically all I want from tea and green scents to be, in a bottle. It's like mixing
Armani Privé - Thé Yulong Gold Leaves,
Wūlóng Chá Extrait de Parfum, and "Un Jardin sur le Nil | Hermès" altogether but only take the best parts from each of them.
Fresh, calming, no sharp edges. The sillage is moderate, not too weak, not too strong. At the beginning the citrus is stronger, I also detect some sweet floral. It gets greener as the time goes, also earthier as well because I started noticing the green tea note even more in the dry down.
Surprisingly this lasts for a long time! I would say 5-6 hours on my skin, and for a couple of days on my clothes. Not a monster like
Wūlóng Chá Extrait de Parfum, but that's what makes this perfect to wear in any occasions.

Cedarwood, vetiver, and patchouli.
This to me is like the winter version of
The Hedonist Eau de Parfum. I feel like I can wear
The Hedonist Eau de Parfum all year round and on any occasions. But this one is definitely more suitable in the colder months. Also, probably not as crowd pleasing as
The Hedonist Eau de Parfum.
Woody, fruity, ambery, warm, and unisex leaning masculine, is what I would describe this to be. It smells like a block of dry cedarwood that you dip into sweet fruity syrup mixed with some citrus. I hope that makes sense lol.
It is very very strong. And it lasts for what felt like weeks on my clothes. Thankfully Ex Nihilo has one of the best (if not the best) sprayers/nozzles on the market. It sprays very fine, wide, and you can precisely control the amount you'd spray. For me 1 spray of this is more than enough. So with that, I think the price is justified. The blend, the sillage, projection, and the lasting power would probably make even the 50 ml bottle lasts a lifetime hahaha.
