This fragrance is absolutely terrible for me personally. I would love to erase it from my memories, if only that were possible.

I even wanted to like this Magic scent, giving it several chances.
It MUST be outstanding, ...that’s what I hoped, but tested in vain. All the beautiful things that are so convincingly and vividly described in other comments & statements, I unfortunately cannot find in this Guerlain. On the contrary...

Taste really varies. Skin chemistry, temperature, etc. all play a role, I know.

Dusty, dry, musty old talcum powder. Rococo wigs and itching powder.
White-powdered faces of aging ladies, with beauty spots and loud, sharp laughter. Possibly accompanied by a young man, poodle, and scratching hand.
Creepy...

A thick layer of dust on a forgotten museum cabinet, which hasn’t seen a duster in centuries. Now the wind, through the open window, mercilessly blows it into the room and envelops me.

Wax figure cabinet ... comes very close to my overall impression.

Anise note? ...only where this comes from, I unfortunately cannot figure out.
I really like anise in anise pastries (the small, white, crispy hats), but here it’s just terribly intrusive.

If only it were the baby wipes or baby bottoms that have also been described quite often here! Then I might be somewhat reconciled ... But as it stands, I will NEVER smell like that!

The longevity is above average; I could hardly wash it off.

With this fragrance, the wheel was certainly not reinvented, nor was a new star born in the perfume sky.
... But still, it is exceptionally beautiful and extremely lovable. Sometimes less is simply more. And one should also appreciate the little things.
This is how I feel about Blooming Bouquet by Dior.

I feel well-scented, floral-fresh and light, in no way conspicuous or even omnipresent and overloaded.
Uncomplicated, it is always easy to wear.
Lovely for work, everyday life, leisure, sports, dates ......and even my daughter (over 12) can spray it on.


Tender and sweet like the sunshine that finally warms our hearts again in spring. Airy, innocent, shimmering. A fairy in a floral dress.
It puts me in a reconciliatory mood and brings a little smile to my face when things aren't going so well. Just like chocolate makes you happy and comforts you.
A little gem, an oasis, a break in the hectic everyday life.


Not a party fragrance, nor something for ladies with a preference for black clothing and/or bright red lipstick. Not a statement fragrance...

Valentina, the name is already beautiful ... and I feel the same about this enchanting fragrance.

I perceive it as the scent of a romantic, lovable, tender, and dreamy woman who does not want to be in the spotlight all the time and defines herself through the admiration of others.
A woman who enjoys dressing femininely and treats her child(ren) lovingly and all other people with respect. Who cooks her favorite pudding and sometimes goes to the baker not perfectly styled.

It is floral sweet and does not undergo a significant fragrance transformation.
It is beautifully balanced from the very beginning and very flattering.
A warm, cuddly, comforting scent.
Vanilla makes it cozy. I can't detect strawberry.
Albatruffle - how does it smell, ... I don't know.

When I wear it, it tempts me to constantly sniff at my wrist, somehow keep my hair in motion so I can catch the scent, and also to stroll over to my perfume cabinet to admire this enchanting bottle once again.

This fragrance truly transports me into ecstasy, so much so that I hear a purring sound of delight escaping my lips with closed eyes and a tilted head, while simultaneously being speechless.
Unfortunately, I cannot name the individual components in the order of their appearance.
I perceive it as a total work of art.
For me, however, it is not a daytime scent and certainly not an everyday fragrance.
It is an enchanting, intense scent that is more suited for evenings or nighttime, but probably not for a first date.

DIVINE, femme fatale, captivating, daring, mysterious, dark, hypnotizing, crackling eroticism, passion, the untamable desire for more, black-red velvety roses, wicked, desire, hot as fire, the dot on the i, heart racing, high pulse, shallow breath, sensual dessert, crème brûlée, a thick little sweet bumblebee in a floral frenzy, a delightfully purring cuddle cat and wildcat at the same time, black lace lingerie, in a daze of the senses, a woman who plays with her charms and simultaneously gazes at you innocently with doe eyes, angel and devil, tasting delicacies with blindfolded eyes, the salt in the soup, the sum of all things, ...it is simply incomparable ... beautifully breathtaking ....

Patrick Süskind probably told the story of this fragrance in "Perfume".

The bottle is one of the prettiest in my collection, simply HEART-ALL-LOVED.

Although the fragrance was only released in 2018 and hopefully will not disappear from the market anytime soon, I actually caught myself securing 2 hamster bottles, one can never know...
