Manifesto Le Parfum Yves Saint Laurent 2015

Recently tested and discovered, I found it very intense and feminin, sexy and voluptuous.
The iris and Jasmine notes give the sweet and feminin character, while the sandalwood and the benzoin give the particular touch of mistery. A very well balanced acchord !
I think that this fragrance is perfect to wear by night or in the cold season, but you can use it everytime you want to feel you particularly seductive!

All the offshoots of the Manifesto line have not been candidates for purchase for me so far...
The original EdP developed into a sharp, scratchy scent on my skin and was not very expressive; I never tested the Eclat. I found L'Elixir to be the most beautiful of all, but it reminded me very much of Flowerbomb, and you don't need both.
With Manifesto Le Parfum, it’s different... intrigued by the very good reviews and comments, I tested it yesterday after work on a strip and on my skin and must say: It’s a knockout!

The saleswoman kindly filled me a small sample in a glass; the color of the perfume is blue and it exudes its scent very strongly despite the cap.
Le Parfum hits like a ton of bricks; it starts off velvety-sweet, a rich, deep, dark scent that surely owes its beauty to the listed ingredients. I can't assign the notes individually; it doesn’t matter, as long as they blend into a super perfume :-)

I see no great similarity to the original Manifesto; however, L'Elixir makes itself known immediately.
In my opinion, the new Le Parfum is a refined version of L'Elixir, it seems much more elegant and complete to me. The sweet gourmand note is much more sophisticated and less sticky.
Some gourmand scents are unfortunately sledgehammers made of cotton candy, but Le Parfum is a dream fragrance. It envelops the skin like a heavy blanket of velvet and powder...
Despite all the lush notes, it is not intrusive; provided you don’t overdo it with the dosage.

The longevity and sillage are very good; overall, Le Parfum is a scent for the biting cold winter.
It shines best then. However, I would also wear it lightly dosed on summer evenings. It is definitely a scent for a grand appearance, that’s for sure.
Whether going out, at the office, or in leisure time, with this perfume you will stand out and it will definitely garner compliments. The bottle also looks great, so far the prettiest in the line.

So please test it yourself and fall for the next scent :-)

Manifesto le Parfum is a sensual yet powerful sex bomb!
Powdery iris fused with sinful jasmine blossom.
A splash of bergamot provides some balance in this powerful opening phase, so that the elements do not come across as too sticky and thick.
After about twenty minutes, the bergamot retreats to the background and makes way for a creamy sandalwood-tonka ganache that absorbs and rounds off all the fragrance notes!
The base is simply kneeling. Creamy, delicate, and sexy!

I don’t need to say much more about the longevity and sillage of this femme fatale of fragrances.

When I was out shopping in the city with my daughter yesterday, I absolutely wanted to test this new scent from YSL! An inner voice told me it could be a perfect match. I already own L'Elixir, which I also like very much, but it is a little too sweet for me, especially at the beginning.
It wasn't easy to get my hands on Le Parfum; some perfume shops didn't have it yet, and others probably wouldn't get it at all. Finally, I managed to get two sprays on my right arm and one on the left for comparison, then the L'Elixir. By now, I test more carefully and I'm not so easily satisfied anymore.
While L'Elixir was immediately present and said, boom, here I am, vanilla, very sweet, floral, woody, and slightly tuberose-heavy, Le Parfum behaves almost shyly at first, powdery-floral, not so sweet, just slightly fresh at the beginning. There is no vanilla in it; only the tonka bean develops a slight sweetness. But don't worry, Le Parfum doesn't become too sweet, but rather woody. A beautiful soft oriental, I would say! You can't get your nose away from this scent, and my daughter even said the fragrance suits me like the famous glove to the hand. Oh God, I feared for my wallet........
The scent becomes warmer and softer, wonderful, not too loud, but with fantastic longevity. Finally, a well-made fragrance from Yves! While in the regular Manifesto Eau de Parfum, jasmine plays the main role, in L'Elixir it’s tuberose and vanilla, in L'Eclat it’s orange blossom. And in the latest release, it's pure iris concrete, about which I would like to say a few short words later.

Manifesto Le Parfum has a proud price, which it is worth, by the way. It smells noble and precious. But why is it so expensive? This scent comes in bottles of 30 ml and 50 ml. The smaller one costs about 70 euros and the larger one about 95 euros. However, you only need to spray a little, as the longevity is enormous.

This fragrance is expensive because of the "iris concrete," as I mentioned above; it is considered "white" gold among perfumers, as its production is very labor-intensive. I got this information from a beauty blog and wanted to pass it on to you, as I found it really interesting. The flowers of the iris are harvested at the earliest three years after planting. After that, the root network is dried on wooden racks for another three years. The root networks, called rhizomes, are ground into fine powder, from which the essential oil is then extracted.
Just to give you an idea of the rarity of iris concrete:
500 kg of rhizome are needed to produce one kilogram of concrete.

I love this scent anyway and just ordered it, as a member of Parfumo, you have your sources and know where you can save a little, or you simply let someone gift you Le Parfum!

Without any expectations, I walked into a small perfume shop (family-run) just to get some advice. I must say that yesterday I was really open to "different" or "completely new" scents. The saleswoman sprayed many different perfumes in the "powdery, clean" direction onto paper strips.

I was so excited about "Manifesto Le Parfum" by YSL... that I thought, "Hmm, can this be topped?"

It smells warm and soft...vanilla...powdery.
You feel secure and wrapped up. At the same time, Manifesto Le Parfum is a bit sweet, but not too sweet. The scent lasts a very long time. I applied it yesterday (in the morning at the perfume shop) and the next morning in the shower, I could still smell it on me.

So the longevity is enormous. The scent is truly fantastic. Especially for colder days, it is a fragrance that comforts you and envelops you like a second skin. I think you can wear this scent anytime... perhaps in the summer, just a little bit in the evening.

I am happy to have found this new fragrance.
So I just say TEST IT :)

In the tight selection, "Juliette has a gun - mmmm" was also on my mind.

In the end, "Manifesto Le Parfum" managed to convince me :)
