Sweet Sacrifice
No review from a woman? Well, I’ll take the plunge.
After reading the existing reviews, I had a lot of respect for the fragrance, almost fear. It was described as grill charcoal, as harmony through chaos, and even as a ghost conjurer. One should definitely have respect for that. Especially since I made the mistake yesterday of wearing 5 (five!) sprays of Purpose 50.
Unjustly.
Let’s start with two sprays. A warm, sweet smoke spreads out. In the first few minutes, it reminds me of Fucking Fabulous Eau de Parfum. I don’t know why, as the scents have hardly anything in common.
But this impression persists even after 30 minutes.
Slowly, the incense really unfolds. Not stinky, not sharp, but warm and seductive. Amber mixes in.
The fragrance transforms. It becomes more composed. It enriches itself with patchouli.
I have the urge to light herbs at a certain age to call forth the old spirits. Ah, now I understand the allusion.
This impression remains for the next few hours and blends with the oud, and I love it.
Definitely a wonderful, enriched, warm smoke.
I’m glad about the two sprays, but one more would have been fine too.

Garden to Go
Full tram? Stuffy office air? Stagnant dusty summer air (my personal nemesis)?
Take a spritz of Paradisi, for it is a fragrance that truly lives up to its name - it transports the wearer to an olfactory paradise.

The opening is characterized by a radiant citrus family that does not come across as shrill or aggressive. Instead, the way the citrus notes develop strongly reminds me of freshly crushed lemon balm between the fingers - that characteristic, slightly earthy undertone accompanying the lemon aroma is perfectly captured.

This herbal, lemony freshness, however, is far more complex than a simple balm accord - it feels almost meditative and calming.

Floral accords follow, but the lemon balm association remains, accompanied by subtle green notes. It’s as if one is strolling through an herb garden after a summer rain.

After a few hours, gentle, woody notes linger, hinting softly at the lemon balm.

Interesting Side Effect
What did I expect from Bacchus? Nothing less than ecstasy and a rapture of the senses.
What did I get? A headache as a side effect. However, that's on me. Who applies such a bomb in the morning on an empty stomach without reading the instructions first? I might as well have just downed some rum.

Enough of the allusions.

With the first spray, I already noticed how strong the similarity to Side Effect is. At least in the opening chord. The rum, saffron, and sweet tobacco create an intoxicating aura. There's the buzz I was expecting.

Over time, however, "Triumph of Bacchus" develops a more independent character: The sweet fruity notes (peach and apple) and a delicate vanilla note become more pronounced, giving the fragrance a softer depth. While "Side Effect" remains rather dry and woody as it progresses, Bacchus takes a slightly creamier, velvety path. "Triumph of Bacchus" also plays with sweet-spicy notes, but without coming off as flat or synthetic.
Perhaps it could have used a bit more patchouli, which would have grounded the fragrance more in the end. But on the other hand, that wouldn't quite fit a deity either.

An old abandoned cathedral
in gothic France. Majestic and dark, it stands in a clearing, surrounded by the dark forest. The elders tell scary stories to their grandchildren and warn against going to the cathedral at night. Even though it has been abandoned for decades, the wind occasionally carries screams, songs, and incense into the village.
One can only guess that exorcisms still take place there.

So much for the first impression.
When should I wear it?
For “Imperial Oud” combines a mystical, dark aura with a strong presence. With its deep, resinous, and smoky notes, it transports you to a world full of ancient rites and secrets. The essence of oud, complemented by animalic and woody nuances, creates an almost ritualistic atmosphere - like the burning of incense in an old cathedral. The dark, earthy character mixed with spicy elements reminds one of a space where centuries-old ceremonies took place. The mystical weight of the fragrance conveys the seriousness often associated with rituals, secret societies, and demonic symbols.

Over time, “Imperial Oud” develops on the skin, revealing subtle, balsamic, and warm notes that act like a whispering echo of the original intensity. The exorcism has succeeded. Calm returns. To the room. To the spirit of the once-possessed soul.
The equally threatening and fascinating story is now told.
Until the next night, when the wind carries songs and incense into the village…

Going-out scent, powerful and irresistible
I eagerly ordered a sample of “Intense Red Tobacco.” According to the classification here, I was very curious about when the right occasion would arise for me to wear it.
The occasion came last night. I was invited to a milestone birthday. The location: a tavern in the village. A gala would have been better, but I was itching to finally try the fragrance.
So, I applied the scent in the parking lot to avoid overwhelming the rental car and its owner. The first impression: WOW, this is going to be my evening.
This perfume truly lives up to its name. Even the first spray reveals an intense, warm, and spicy note that immediately draws attention. Upon entering the venue, I received my first compliment. The fragrance, with its powerful blend of spices and fine, sweet accents, had already earned some points. I floated from group to group.
The evening shifted from boring conversations and small talk to Schlager music. However, I was blissfully enveloped in my own scent cloud; the bright red lipstick didn’t seem so over the top anymore.
As the level of inebriation rose among the others, which would usually annoy me, I became even happier due to the fine tobacco and vanilla notes - and all without any intoxicating drinks.
After three hours, the fragrance had created a perfect balance between sweetness and smokiness.

The longevity of the perfume - insane. Even after a long evening with a hearty buffet, tipsy guests, and sauna-like temperatures, the scent remains present, intense, and gives a feeling of luxury and elegance.

For me, “Intense Red Tobacco” is not just a perfume, but a statement - powerful, seductive, and unique. Those looking for a distinctive and long-lasting fragrance that simultaneously exudes sophistication and depth have found it here.
