Green Irish Leather
This is one of them for me. I do not care about compliments when I am wearing this fragrance; I just love it. I do not need anyone to tell me if they are okay with it or not, because it would not matter anyway. Irish leather reminds me of the smell of a wet forest in the winter, when I was a kid and we used to play in the woods. Juniper berries are an excellent opening note, though I wish it could last longer. Mate Absolute's green touch immediately wins me over. The pink pepper gives me a fresh feeling, which is not so common in leather perfumes. Tonka beans amplify the leather in this one, thus making it a good-quality fragrance for my nose. I love the fact that I can wear this in winter or in summer, which took me by surprise because when I first got the travel size decant, it was in summer, but oh boy, it performed very well in the heat, lasting me through out the day with a very good projection. I wear this at work on colder days or when I am out with my wife for special events. I hope to travel the world someday to smell the Irish type of leather. I am confident that it was well captured in this masterpiece, which has a special place in my heart because I love unique fragrances, which this does with ease.

**** leather
Irish Leather opens with a bitter, minty green-citrus accord of lime, juniper berries, something peppery and something fruity on the base (bitter-fruity, like berries), and as for Italian Leather, a depressing, microscopic "leather" accord built on a mediocre smell of synthetic burnt rubber. Here (luckily, perhaps) this "leather" note is however oppressed by the head pepper-juniper-citral accord, which lasts for hours. If you're into leather scents, compare this to any - even the worst - vintage leather scent and laugh hard ("laugh for not cry"). Outrageous price tag.

Green Leather
Up until now, this must be the greenest leather I have smelled.

The opening doesnt have a citrus pop, like 90% over today's fragrance market (not meant in a complainatory way). Instead it offers the user an image of a green, Irish country side.

To give u a point of reference: we are entering Creed GIT territory. Where GIT goes fresh and clean with its beautiful lemon verbena and violot, Irish Leather enters a dark wood: leathery, spicy darkness. The mate note fits perfectly in its composition. Its tempers the rough edges of the leather and the spice. We end up with a bold yet wereable fragrance.

Its more grown up. Its more serious. It is like an Irish gentlemen?

Tweed Leather
Green grass, fresh cucumber, birch. A soapy leather similar to Grand Cuir. Well blended and soft. Sillage and lasting power are minimal. The bottle is appropriate for a leather touched by Ireland: fresh and green tweed suit with old oiled leather boots.

Old Gin and Leather
First a burst of juniper, then spices, herbs and a cucumber scent. All of that flattens down to a sense of a leather wrap or bag that was used to hold spices for storage.

The leather is predominant after the first ten or so minutes.

I really liked the juniper and herbs, and I wanted less of the leather. My husband liked the leather, and wanted less of the herbs. He said it made him think of old gin, and he wanted to smell like leather. I, on the other hand, wanted to smell like old gin and not like leather!

I think that this fragrance is very successful at doing what it says on the label, it just wasn't to our personal tastes.

Some fragrances have a way of touching us deep down, where even words are not enough to explain the feeling. I was created for such goodness.

A really unique leather scent. The smokey side and the green side are in great balance with each other. It smells like a runaway prince.

Vegetal, green leather without any bitterness or harshness. Like carrots freshly pulled from the earth by a gardener with a leather apron.

High-quality, poised, extremely green leather. No Bandit edge; it might be the mate that keeps the other green in line but still outdoorsy.

A green leather with dominant herbal/tea notes maybe due to the mate. Sharp opening, casual yet spicy. Unfortunately turns sour on my skin.

Coniferous greens, a plain iris note and a leather that floats between birch and suede. The dullest Memo leather I have tried so far

Leather and spice and then some, that's what Irish Leather is and I love it. Too bad that this, like all Memos, is in the niche price range.

Rugged, masculine and classy. Green Irish tweed meets worn-in brown leather. If I could only wear one frag from now on, this might be it.

To me this just smells like a fresher version of Italian Leather, which I hate. Vegetal with strong woody & leathery base, not for me.

Moderate leather scent with the woody-aromatic tones over the top. Light green touches in the open, pronounced maté note in the base.
