I need something with this vibe (Tobacco Vanille doesn't last on me)

Tobacco / Vanilla / alcohol (Cognac or others) / smoked

Écrin de fumée is exactly what you are looking for. Though the listed note is cocoa, I get more vanilla. Add to that quite smoky tobacco and a boozy rum note.

Another one to check out would be Vanille Havane Eau de Parfum. This one is more of a straight up vanilla/tobacco but it is the best in that category imo.

as @Omnipotato said, Vanille Havane Eau de Parfum is the best vanilla scent on the market, i also have the oil; smoky, dark, the right amount of sweetness, apparently booziness in the opening

Signature Tabac Eau de Parfum is a variation on the TV theme, more woody in my opinion

Manhattan Eau de Parfum pricey, maybe Arabesque will do good for much less, but also they are a TV variation, more creamy

Side Effect and Herod have more than 4 notes, but have similar profiles with tobacco and vanilla.
