Perfume advice to suit your personality and style

Hello everyone!

I am looking for a perfume that suits my personality and style but I don't know which one to choose. I like scents that have depth, last a long time and are suitable for everyday use. I am also interested in niche perfumes or perfumes with unique scents that are not too popular. Can everyone suggest some scents that are suitable for an elegant style but still have personality? In addition, what should I pay attention to when choosing a perfume to suit the weather and circumstances of use? Thank you everyone!

Not niche, but very unique is Mitsouko Eau de Parfum Long lasting, great sillage and depth! As for the weather, I think Mitsouko can be worn year round, but not in very hot weather, I first thought I couldn't wear it to work, but people around me loved it when I did yesterday. But ofcourse: always sample first .

I'm a huge fan of L'Artisan Parfumeur.  They have some interesting perfumes that have depth but I can still wear them every day at the office,

I would recommend getting the discovery kit from Parfums de Nicolai. Her fragrances have depth and they last long on the skin. The set includes 12 different fragrances that will give you an introduction to what her house produces (though, sadly, it does not include some beautiful more recent fragrances that she creates).

You may also want to look at Masque Milano. They have several discovery sets for their Ruby Collection, their Opera Collection, and one for their le Donne Collection. 

Both of these are niche houses.

Forgot to mention: 24, Faubourg Eau de Parfum wearing it today and it is so very classy!

I feel like usually scents with depth arent suitable for daily use because they tend to be quite intense. 

But these are my go to for elegance which also resonates with my more over the top personality:

1) xerjoff toni iommi - rum and passion fruit. Very intense fragrance. I always wear that when I go to a bougey cocktail lounge. especially if im in a haute couture coat. It just smells opulence and old money

2) xerjoff cruz del sur II - dense mango scent. Extremely sweet but not in a girly way. Rather very senous like you used extremely expensive mango body lotion whilst drinking mango liquor at the same time. 

3) L'arc Calda - this is when i want to be more girly and playful and give off a more sweet classy girl in pink vibe. Think blair waldorf from gossip girl vibes. This is peach lychee champagne but it smells more like a milky orange blossom champagne to me. Gorgeous scent. I sent l'arc an instagram message and they gave me a 15% discount code to use so i literally just purchased this one. Tested it in a store but didnt want to pay full price hehe

4) Anfas Gaya -Pear galore. A very realistic fresh pear. Its strong yet not intense and light yet not alcoholie like you would get in many french perfumes. I would say its like a light creamy pear desert. Simply beautiful. I just bought a bottle of this from the souk so hope it arrives on Friday. I also tested this one recently in a shop

I might be a bit biased because it is my signature scent and favourite oat, but triumph of bacchus is the fragrance with one of the most depht in it. Might not be as suitanle for daily wear, but I advice you to just try it. 

It definitely has a certain elegance to it, but if it is not for you I recommend brutus by orto parisi. This one is a bit better for everyday use and very well rounded overall. 

My fragrances are all aspirational rather than representational, unfortunately. 

That's not necessarily a bad thing.

I’m not going to recommend you a perfume because I genuinely don’t know enough to suggest you something worthwhile. However, here are some questions to ask yourself to help you as you’re looking for The One ™:

1. Is it something that I could see myself wearing most of the time/everyday?

2. Does it go well with my current personal style?

3. Does it go well with my ideal personal style?

4. Would I still wear it even if others weren’t a fan of it?

5. Does the theme/story/concept behind it interest me? Why?

6. And most importantly… Do I LOVE it?

You say what perfumes you like or how you choose them, and ask in the title about which perfumes would fit your personality, that you didn't really show or tell us about. Only thing we know is that you don't know how to ask a question. So, choose whatever, randomly. The mismatch would be on par.
