Calling it Celestial is Really Reaching
For a fragrance that has three different roses listed, I'm not really getting rose. Its like someone did an amazing watercolor painting of a rose and then someone put that painting through a old copy machine and took that copy and made a copy of that. Its a blurry rose that is forgettable. Its not luxurious, old, young, fresh, or fruity. Its just a rose. The fragrance is pleasant. It opens soft and fruity sweet then slowly becomes woodier and spicier, all with that unassuming rose in the background. Its just a very forgettable fragrance.

This fragrance is very light, just barely lifting off of skin. It also lasted 4 hours on my skin. There are a few options available for purchase starting at 3 10mL Travel Sprays for $225, 5 10mL Travel Spray refills for $255, and a 100ml for $390. This is definitely not worth the price, there are thousands of rose fragrances out there, go find one that actually interesting.

Deserves a better rating.
Ive tried my way around Electimuss, and I'm quite found of a lot of their fragrances; but this is my personal favourite. The dank rosiness and the tart raspberry work so beautifully together on my skin christened by that aromatic pink pepper scent. Genuinely cannot get enough of this scent, from the bottle, to the smell, even the longevity is good. This is my signature scent undoubtably.

Rose over a creamy wood
This fragrance has a similar feel to the one in this same house, Aurora.
However, I would say that I perceive it less dark.
Although it supposedly contains incense, it must be very subtle because I do not isolate it in the composition and it is a very easy note to identify with very little that it contains.
The opening is less vibrant and dark than in Aurora, less spicy.
And immediately a "creamy wood" appears underneath, a description that is the first time I think I have used, curiously.
I would also say that it is more unisex and multipurpose. It is somewhat more elegant and versatile and will not cause the same impressions as Aurora.
For me it is a more generic and impersonal smell.
It also does not perform well considering that we are at a niche level.

Celestial - elegant all-rounder
Since my husband and I wanted to test several fragrances of Electimuss, I had ordered the Discovery Set with 20 testers. Beautifully packaged it arrived after a few days with us and immediately we started our ritual.
We label test strips with the individual fragrances, test up to 4 in one day and write the date with it, so that we can understand how long the individual fragrance holds on the test strips.
After that, we gradually test the scents that we like best carefully on the skin on the wrist. This is followed by the stress test, including H/S and whether a fragrance we really like and it immediately creates the wish list, must be tested again or ends up in the flop folder. After all, 4 fragrances from Electimuss have already made it onto my wish list. With my husband, there are already 3. Perhaps still follows one or the other.

Celestial has made it immediately without detours on my wish list.
The fragrance starts good-humored and cheerful with fruity light raspberry and a splash of saffron. Gradually joins noble and friendly rose, accompanied by restrained incense. In the further course I perceive tonka pleasantly sweet spicy.

Celestial is for me an absolute good mood fragrance. Friendly, bright and elegant.

H/S could be a little better.

Celestial by Electimuss - A heavenly perfume?
I admit, I had to think for a while to figure out which fragrance I should dedicate my first review here on Parfumo to. So I stood there, my eyes wandering through my collection, thinking about all the fragrances that have had a significant influence on my olfactory passion for collecting, encouraging me and driving it forward. As I took a step to the side, lost in thought, and the sun illuminated my cupboard, which was now filled with far too many perfumes, a bottle caught my attention. A Roman eagle flashed out from between the conglomerate of fragrances and sparkled at me sublimely, while the milky white base seemed to literally absorb the rays, holding them completely within itself. I carefully picked up the glass and shimmering metal structure, which was modeled on the opulence of the ancient Roman Empire, maneuvered it through the numerous other bottles towards freedom and smiled at the name - "Celestial, you shall have the honor of my first review."

Fragrance progression
The fragrance opens primarily with peppery olibanum, saffron and a sweet but almost equally tart raspberry note. After the first few minutes, a light rose joins in, which develops a certain warmth on the skin. As the fragrance progresses, it steadily gains in intensity, while the woody, slightly smoky notes of cedar and, above all, guaiac wood gradually contrast the composition further and lend it additional depth. The tonka bean remains very much in the background, but adds a minimal sweetness and gives the overall olfactory picture a slightly powdery texture.

Performance
Longevity: 8 -10 hours
Sillage/projection:
up to approx. hour 2 - moderate to strong
up to approx. hour 5 - moderate
up to approx. hour 7 - weak
from approx. hour 7 - very close

It should be noted that the raspberry note in the air is even more pronounced in direct comparison to the skin

Occasion/season
Due to its inherent elegance, I tend to wear the fragrance for semi-formal to formal occasions.
In view of its bright characteristics, I find spring to be the most suitable season. In general, however, it can also be worn up to temperatures of approx. 20 - 25 °C. If the temperatures are too warm, the fragrance could be perceived as too overpowering due to its DNA, at least in our latitudes.

Packaging/bottle
The fragrance comes in a beautiful box lined with shiny nuances and faux suede.
The bottle is made of golden metal and thick glass, is solid and of high quality. The lid is also made of metal and fits snugly. A Roman eagle, the Electimuss trademark, is enthroned on both the front of the bottle and the lid.
The spray head fits perfectly into the otherwise consistently high-quality image and produces a very fine, even mist.

Conclusion
Celestial is a beautiful, bright interpretation of the rose/wood DNA, which not only exudes a pleasant lightness, but also a comprehensive degree of elegance. Contextually, the fragrance is beautifully embedded in its underlying inspiration and name, which brings us to the answer to the question posed in the headline - yes, Celestial is a truly heavenly perfume with its bright, fruity-rosy contrasts, slightly powdery texture and grounding, woody accords.

A final note: similarities to Nemer by Boadicea the Victorious or Oud al Fayed by Christian Provenzano (minus the funky oud) cannot be dismissed, but in my opinion they do not make the fragrance any less interesting and beautiful.

Fizzy-fruity open followed by rose. Initially a dank rose-oud (Kilian-esque), ultimately more-so jammy rose w/ oriental feel (XJ's Astaral).
