Better price, better quality
Guerlain is my favorite brand for perfume. I adore it's key base that makes so many of their perfumes. Strangely, I am averse to its classics but adore their new creations with a passion.
On first sniff, I fell in love with Mon Exclusif. I did not have high hopes for it because the price was much lower than the expensive Art et Matiere scents that I had become used to. Plus, the name-your-own-fragrance with bulky letters put me off. But who cares when the smell of toffee, strange exotic fruit and vanilla envelop you? There is incense, sweet nectar of fruits and soft little flowers. The composition is good enough to eat and the slightly salty note balances everything beautifully.
Even my picky picky husband loves this scent and prefers it to any other perfume I own. This is truly the smell of Paris and a classic yet modern lady of any age who knows good perfume and wears it daily.
