A bit disappointing
I blind bought this perfume because I love the hair primer, and was left disappointed.

Apparently this is a new version of the perfume, which is supposed to be closer to the hair primer, but IMO it doesn't come close.

As many other people have said, this lacks the creaminess and sweetness of the hair primer. It's a bit more lemon-ey, almost like a lemon drop. Also I find the scent doesn't really last on my skin and I have to put my wrist to my nose if I want to smell anything.

I like to layer it with Chelsea Morning (also by Lush) to help me achieve the hair primer scent. I think this perfume doesn't stand on it's own, unless you are looking for a personal, slighly sweet, lemon scent.

It's a nice scent but I wouldn't recommend buying it if you're looking for an exact perfume version of the hair primer.

Yes, but no
Hummm they tried, but this time it smells like 75% of the actual supermilk spray.

This one is too lemon candies like and not spicy enough, I get the cream after like 2 minutes but the scent is weirdly synthetic?

Comparing to chelsea morning, it's more lemony, and chelsea morning is much spicier and toffee sided. I tried layering them together but the super milk perfume has a weird synthetic undertone that really IS disturbing the scent.

Nostalgia
This used to be my signature scent. Back when I had friends, or so I thought. Back when things were great, or so they seemed. Back when I thought I was thriving when every night was the worse night ever. This ultra-gourmand scent accompanied me everywhere, and as a chaperone of someone who had less sense of scent etiquette, drew as many complaints as compliments.

To me, this scent is very caramel/burnt-sugar heavy, with a hint of laconic note and lemony flavor. It reminds me of Yakurt, a Japanese brand of laconic, yogurt-ish dessert drink. I saw a popup corner at Lush Shibuya the other day, when I had already grown out of this particular scent, so I think this is now one of their “buzz” products. I see some similarities in DNA with many of the buzz perfumes, like Cloud, BR540, etc. Sugary, burnt, clingy and potent.

I’ve since outgrown this scent. It was a scent that tried and tried, only to fall back down. I now look on other people enjoying this scent, wishing everything I’ve lost could come back.

Great Hope and Even Greater Disappointment - No Comparison to the Conditioner
When I first smelled the Super Milk Conditioner, I was immediately fascinated. The scent was so extraordinary and beautiful that I wanted it not only as hair care but also as a standalone perfume. However, the rare limited edition was not easy to find. It took several months before I finally managed to snag the coveted (albeit overpriced) bottle at an auction in the UK.
When the perfume finally arrived, the bitter disappointment followed. The scent did not meet my expectations in any way - it had "natural," slightly bitter notes with retro vibes, but none of the soft, creamy-milky composition I had hoped for. Even in combination with the conditioner, it did not reveal any special charm.
Such a shame :(

Spicy-milky Vanilla-Cinnamon Chai meets Lush Bath Bomb
Smells just like the Supermilk spray conditioner from Lush, maybe a bit less milky :-)
Cinnamon-vanilla-lemon-milky-spicy-sweet

Super great winter scent.
Too bad it's a limited edition :(

At first spray, it smells very lemony, but over time it becomes softer and more vanilla, creamier

Ew. Dusty candy necklaces you’d get for Halloween as a kid.

Has the same toffee/syrup base as Chelsea Morning, with a blast of lemon on top.

At first very citrusy, but in the drydown absolutely amazing! I can still smell it on me after hours, without intentionally sniffing for the scent.

Unfortunately not 100% like the hair milk, but still a lovely gourmand! Lemon peel and a sweet-spicy background.

Smells almost exactly like the conditioner and has a great sillage. It's so much fun!

Ethereal lemon start - then a caramel-powdery milk note joins in more and more. The conditioner smells much more caramel-like.

Disappointing, unfortunately! I wanted the same scent as the conditioner. Instead: harsh lemon, 0 milk or cream - lemon candy.

Whipped lemon-vanilla mousse with a hint of spice. The bottle is trash.

If you layer "Let the Good Times Roll" and "Avocado co-Wash," you'll get very close to this one.

Fluffy creamy lemon mousse with a hint of vanilla. In summer, when it gets warmer, it will definitely develop even more beautifully on the skin.
