Perfect powdery, elegant parfume
Hi, I was thinking about it what would be better to buy: Dia or Dia Extrait? My decision was Dia Extrait becouse it is stronger, more longe lasting and more powdwery with less aldehydes.
I feel like I'm a very elegant and clean Fairy Lady with it. Wort every penny:)!

Rappelle-toi Barbara
"Rappelle-toi Barbara
Il pleuvait sans cesse sur Brest ce jour-là
Et tu marchais souriante
Épanouie ravie ruisselante
Sous la pluie
Rappelle-toi Barbara
Il pleuvait sans cesse sur Brest
Et je t’ai croisée rue de Siam
Tu souriais
Et moi je souriais de même
Rappelle-toi Barbara
Toi que je ne connaissais pas
Toi qui ne me connaissais pas
Rappelle-toi
Rappelle-toi quand même ce jour-là
N’oublie pas"
- Barbara de Jacques Prevert-

A magical, vintage radiant fragrance with aldehydes and floral-woody notes. I can't speak individually about the ingredients. Based on my feelings, I can only say that Dia is a scent of cleanliness and enveloping warmth. Again, the fine soap that smells of alpine violets is unforgettable, beautiful, and poetic like the wonderful poem Barbara by Jacques Prevert, which I learned many years ago in school.

Dia is a day. The day can be quite normal, or very exciting, sometimes full of fears, then again surprising, full of joy, encounters, full of . . . . . .

Simply put, Dia Extrait is a successful experiential fragrance, more old school than modern, but still very beautiful.

PS: This is not a new comment, it is from 25.11.2012.
But since this comment describes the Extrait, I think it belongs here. I deleted it under EdP.

So, a few days ago I treated myself to Dia Woman Extrait de Parfum... it almost breaks the bank... but Christmas is just around the corner...

About the scent:
It blew me away so much that I needed a few days to write something about it.
I also can't delve into or categorize individual notes, etc.
The scent is very similar to the EdP, but the extremely soapy aspect (which I always found a bit too much) is milder and more harmonious.
After about half an hour, the scent becomes warm, energetic, pleasantly profound, and feels to me
"Tailored to my skin".
I can't find other words.
The Extrait is very close to the skin and the sillage is noticeably lower, but sufficiently present.
The consistency is oily after spraying, so I rub the perfume in.
(But it is not greasy or heavy)
One spray is more than enough and can be distributed in several places.
The longevity is better than the EdP, which is already very good!
I have tested many perfumes and I can also describe and categorize my favorite perfume, Bombay Bling!
With this Extrait, I cannot do that.
I feel a bit strange saying that the perfume is a poem, true art!
A small work of art.
Radiant pride.
The scent is perfect and I can only wear it when I feel strong and good. Yes, and that fits.
The perfume is too independent and autonomous to strengthen me.
But when I feel in harmony with myself, it supports that attitude.
I know, that sounds strange and I'm not sure if it's understandable, but that's how it is for me.
The way to wear it is of course very subjective. I think it’s a bit like this:
If it's too strong, you're too weak.
Maybe that's what sets Dia Woman Extrait de Parfum apart from other perfumes.
Other perfumes can positively or negatively influence my mood.
This perfume goes alongside me.
You either hate it or love it.
There is no middle ground!
I love it!

Olfactorily not much difference from the EdP, but the price is quite different.
But: definitely an Extrait.
