Best oud I tested so far
I tested many mainstream ouds and this one I feel it's the best I've tested (with spray)

It's 95% oud concentration. It's very cozy and also a bit animalic (not as harsh/fermented as in Beauty and the Beast). Also Kinam oud resins that you can smell a bit in the opening.

I think it's a very good choice for the oud lovers.

Several facets of oud
In my opinion the best of the Arabian Heritage Collection. Very well balanced. It is the perfect symbiosis of Indian and Cambodian oud. For those who find Indian oud too animalic, but want to experience the scent of real oud, ,,Al Oud‘’ may be the perfect choice. Although oud is practically the only key ingredient here, the rest being merely cosmetic additions, this perfume is very complex. It changes over time and shows different facets of oud. From the delicately animalic at the outset, through the green to the downright creamy and somewhat milky base. Projection and longevity at a fairly good level. I see ‘Al Oud’ more as a fragrance to be used for personal enjoyment than for going out in a public.

Balanced oud blend
The "Arabian Heritage Collection" is my first foray into Areej Le Dore and Al Oud was the first I tried. What an introduction! Like others have said, this is very strong pure oud, but not just one variety - there are three here: Kinam oud resin as a top note, aged Cambodian oud oil as a heart note, and Assam oud oil in the base. Any one of these on its own can overwhelm the wearer (and those around them) but here they are very well-proportioned and balanced. Al Oud opens powerfully with woody Kinam oud with some earthy patchouli coming through (I don't get any bergamot; Areej Le Dore's website claims it is a "touch" of bergamot oil). Then the slightly sour fruity Cambodian oud comes through, along with a bit of coumarin to flatten things out. The Assam oil in the base provides leathery smokiness to finish things off. But each of the varieties of oud do not overpower - Kinam oud can easily become too medicinal, Hindi/Cambodian oud can get very cheesy, and Assam oud can be fecal. Here they balance each other out perfectly, with the exception of a few whiffs of rubbery smoke I got when wearing it last night. All in all, very wearable and pleasant pure oud scent. Longevity is very good; 12 hours at least, becomes a skin scent after about 6-8 hours.

Oud celebration
It already starts off in fourth gear, with lots of particularly woody Kinam resin coupled with a sparkling, bergamot peel scent. After the top part fades, the aged Cambodian oud emerges, with its classic woody, tobacco-like, slightly soft-chocolatey scents, aged and made even more aromatic. Aiding the central note of oud, a touch of Patchouli is perceptible, giving roundness and depth with its amber notes. The natural Coumarin gives depth and persistence to these central notes.
In dry instead, a more aromatic, leathery and smoked hint typical of Assam oud emerges.
The protagonist is the oud and in particular the Cambodian in the heart of the essence.
I liked it very much, it is a creation that enhances and brings out this magnificent and unique note that is oud in two particular types that are much appreciated by lovers of this note.
It is nothing innovative or unheard of, but if you like this note it is a gem to have also because of the bottle which is literally wonderful.

Opens cheesy, medicinal, musty. Settles into leathery, smoky, toffee-like oud. Smooth, traditional - upscaled version of Dahn Oudh Al Shams.

For me, it has a linear progression
Oud loses its animalic notes over time and more sweetness comes through.
It has a consistently musty attic smell.

You get the full blast of high-quality oud - Over time, it even becomes relatively creamy and fragrant in the sillage - For connoisseurs

The most (oudiest) perfume on the market right now in terms of quality, complexity, and intensity! A transformation from start to finish.

Damp earth, thick clouds of smoke, shoe steps in feces. One spray is enough to fog up my 52 sqm apartment, a bit too much for me.
