The perfect cherry for winter

If you want a cherry fragrance that lasts all day, and very powerful, Cherry Ambition is your answer.

I've been searching for a strong cherry perfume lately, without spending an enormous amount of money for Tom Ford, all I wanted was a strong and sweet cherry.

Cherry Ambition is very boozy, saffron and quite woody perfume . It has a flowery side as well and overall the sweetness of the cherry never ends and stays prominent.

It may be one of the best cherry perfumes out there, or even the best.

I've tried a LOT of cherry. This is pretty good.

Like someone else posted here, this scent is intriguing... and addictive, IF you like cherry. If you don't want to smell like cherries, don't bother.

I previously wrote that I don't need it because I have fine'ry lost cherry. But after a few days of trialing the samples I got, oh my god, fine'ry can't hold a candle to how interesting this is. Boozy, slightly tangy almost with the saffron and cognac, which add something so divine to the cherry. The vanilla and marshmallow blend to just a sweet note to add to the symphony.

I've had perfumes grow on me, but never to the extent of this one. I WANT to smell it constantly. Now that it's fall, I'm excited to wear it daily. It lasts so well on me; sillage goes down a bit, but the longevity is 18 hours plus. I would say this leans fruity over gourmand so if you're looking for gourmand, this isn't it.

FB worthy, and I don't say that lightly. This perfume is sweet, sexy, and interesting to the nose. I'm hooked.

Spicy cherries

I can't believe so many people find this similar to Lost Cherry! Another example of how the sense of smell is different from person to person. LC, in very few words, is fresh cherry juice and balsamic notes to me - both of which I don't find overly prominent here.

Cherry Ambition centers around a sweet, candy-like cherry that leans a bit in the direction of cherry cough drops, but luckily never fully goes there. I don't think the sweetness here is similar to that of a marshmallow, it's not fluffy or powdery, more like a piece of hard candy.
Spicy notes are also very apparent, especially sharp saffron and an unlisted cinnamon. At times they make this smell slightly medicinal, at other times it's more like Cherry Coke.
In the base I get warm ambery notes, but also a hint of gaiac wood.
The scent as a whole is darker than the note list suggests. The cherry blossom is just as absent as the marshmallow and the heavier notes are quite present.

I like this take on cherry, even though it's a bit artificial at times. Cherry Ambition could be a good alternative for those who enjoy the spicy cherry blend of Gritti's Duchesa, but don't want to spend a fortune.

one of the worst perfumes ever

i hate this perfume more than words can express. i put this on my skin and immediately went to scrub it off, but it did not come off. two times i washed my wrist and the smell still persists.
artificial, medicinal, old person. downright nausea inducing for me, literally gagged when i smelled this.
maybe this smells different on you and you like it, but PLEASE test it out before buying a full bottle. im glad i got this in a discovery set so its only like 2ml. wont even use that up.

Like a cherry cigarette

I got this as a mini in my search for what I deem to be the perfect cherry scent, and this comes pretty close! It's more similar to Tom Ford's Cherry Smoke rather than Lost Cherry.
I like to imagine this as eating a bowl of cherries while you're burning incense in the room. The smokiness of this scent really pulls forward to me, but this makes it super sexy. Personally, this isn't a super photorealistic cherry BUT it's not medicinal at all and I love that.
I've been loving this in the fall and winter months!
