Made of stars...
This one is a real gem! Attracted by it's name, it certainly didn't disappoint.
Opening is sweet, but not cloying: milky pineapple gives it a delicate tropical, fruity aroma with a great twist thanks to davana.
Although sweet, this initial phase soon becomes really, really different, mature, fairy-like... Middle notes reveal themselves: gentle florals with musk create "out of this world" olfactory experience, like a veil made of stars. Finally I came to grasp where the name Astratto came! This aethereal phase after sweet and fruity opening really knocked me off my feet.
Astratto tick all my boxes: it's interesting, not linear, well blended and such a profound, airy, light and unoffensive fragrance. It comes in a beautiful, elegant and luxurious packaging without unnecessary kitch, a real Italian touch I learned to love and appreciate. To some it may lean a bit more feminine, but it's a unisex fragrance.
