You want whiskey?
Gioco all'Alba reflects the top notes exactly. You definitely get a good portion of whiskey in the nose here and it lingers for a really long time. It becomes smoother and more pleasing towards the end.
At the beginning, the whiskey just mentioned comes around the corner in a neat and present way. It is complemented by a well-balanced saffron spice.
It could be that the whiskey is too much for some. Just shortly after spraying it on, it still seems a little bumpy and the fragrance has to find its feet first.
Give it five minutes to find its line.
Over time, leathery notes are added. As well as a slightly dry tobacco accord.
However, the leather and the tobacco virtually merge with the whiskey and create a good overall impression for me. It is also already becoming sweeter!
Towards the end, it takes on woody facets. For me, the impressions described above remain until the end. However, it simply becomes much more "pleasing". The sweetness intensifies and harmonizes well with the other impressions.
I think the performance is really good.
