Magnificent

Opera grande is a very particular fragrance: passionate, original, with a clean, candid rose, surrounded by the intoxicating scent of Ylang-Ylang enriched with spices, of which nutmeg definitely stands out on my skin.
It is impressive, cold but magnetic at the same time, and truly ideal for those who desire a spicy fragrance or one with a great personality.
Superb and sublime, like the ‘Medea’ painted by Evelyn De Morgan.

Perfection of this DNA

The much better known Opera is an uncompromising fragrance. One of the most uncompromising fragrances I have had the pleasure of testing. You either love this rosy, floral scent or it makes you sick. I haven't heard many opinions in between. Personally, I really like DNA, but I've never bought the fragrance out of consideration for those around me, because I know it would offend people around me.

The Opera Grande does a lot better in this respect. Above all, it is perfectly balanced. The fragrance DNA, consisting primarily of fruity notes, rose and ylang-ylang, is unmistakably present, but the often unpopular sticky vibes are significantly reduced. As a result, people who like the floral/fruity accord of Xerjoff and Sospiro fragrances, but are put off by Opera, will get their money's worth.
The Opera Grande projects almost the same in comparison to its well-known brother, but is always kept in check by the warm, almost soothing leather and amber influences that make the Opera Grande more suitable for everyday use. The perfect compromise for fans of DNA.

Not much needs to be said about the bottle; a beauty in velvet, heavy and high-quality.
All in all, definitely recommended for lovers of Xerjoff fruit.

Great alternative to the Xerjoff

The Vibe-Line (formerly V-Line) is shared by the Xerjoff and Sospiro brands. I don't know the exact circumstances, as I have heard several versions: From sister brand to beef because of this line, there are several versions. Be that as it may, I'm totally with Sospiro on this line at least, as for me they exude perfection in these DNAs. A little less crowbar, more balanced combinations. I had considered getting the Xerjoff Opera. However, something bothered me, probably this penetrating character that goes a bit over the top. I also find the XJ Opera a little more feminine than this version from Sospiro. Here you get a great balanced version of spice, sweetness and also great floral notes. This DNA is really good, no matter which one you choose. Compliments are inevitable with this fragrance DNA, especially because this composition is very unique and there are not really any similar fragrances. These two fragrances do not have the same RRP, this Opera Grande is only available in 100ml. These cost €308 according to the RRP, but there are offers in stores for around €130. For this price, it is absolutely worth it. Opera Grande is best worn in the fall and in milder temperatures, but it can also be worn in the evening all year round.

The packaging is great and the bottle is also much better than XJ's old velvet bottles. The velvet doesn't peel off and somehow looks more upmarket. Absolutely great workmanship and the label and lid are also simply classy.
The fragrance is a thoroughly seductive scent with a mix of flowers, oriental, spice and a lot of creamy sweetness. I find this Opera Grande much more rounded than its better-known twin and therefore easier to integrate into everyday life. It is also a little more masculine, which is great, as I found the XJ a little complicated. Opera Grande is a great blend, which starts with a fruity mix and also some oriental rose. Also this great oriental spice with nutmeg and some leather are just very sensual, which is accompanied by great ylang-ylang. This ylang-ylang note is beautifully floral and also slightly creamy and exotic. In the base, notes such as creamy musk, patchouli, sweet vanilla and cedar come in early. This mix smells very unique and also very sensual and well-groomed. The longer the fragrance is on the skin, the softer it becomes and it convinces with this great mild spiciness and this soft sweetness. This is a very harmonious and unique creation that you should try. As I said, this fragrance is best worn in the evening or in milder, colder temperatures. In any case, this DNA is an attention-grabber, and you should be aware of that.
Performance is pretty similar to the XJ. Here the creation is a little more subdued and therefore a little more stylish. Durability cracks the 10-hour mark and the ultra-radiance is really good. A really great catch in the overall package.

Overall, a great sensual fragrance with a slightly mysterious aura. Anyone looking for something absolutely special could find it here. It really stands out with this unique note.

The powder rose marzipan patisserie with leather seats

So you don't really get a whiff of anything that has never been seen before.
It doesn't have to be, making something good a little more refined and defined is not a bad idea either! But if you don't like powder, you won't really be picked up here! Powder is the name of the opera and is also played all night.
The set is decorated with really noble and not too sweet rose and especially at the beginning the high strings play a little homage to marzipan.
No idea who is supposed to hear fruity melodies, at most some dry fruit! Once you've stocked up on fine sweets in the foyer and everything has merged with the powder-clean evening wardrobe of the other guests to form a soapy rose gourmand symphony and you've then taken your seats, you can also smell the leather-covered seats very lightly! But then not much more happens, the evening can be written in the diary as an aristocratically clean powder soap with a slight alternation of rose and leather! For me a little too expensive for the program offered, but it's fun!
