the beautiful scented girls
The dark green varnished leaves provide spicy shade, the vibrantly colored fruits still hang on the branches or are already gathering, lovingly collected in large baskets: it is the fragrant harvest time of the mandarins!
And it's also time to celebrate the annual "Tangerine Festival."
Their sun-flavored fragrance lingers fresh and fruity in the air, exhilarating the senses; their fruits glow in the darkly shining foliage like rich golden orbs.
The whole place has already dressed up, almost the whole region is gathered here; they are just waiting for the fragrant guests of honour.
Princess Nerola comes all the way from Sicily; delightful she looks again in her light bright gown, dancing around her fine figure in the light fruity aromatic breeze.
She seems so delicately floral, fresh, innocently sweet, radiant and exceedingly lovely: so like the very own fragrance that surrounds her.
Neroli takes hearts by storm, smoothes worry lines and relaxes in the hectic everyday life.
So it's no wonder that everyone loves her!
