Inexpensive, spicy and sweet
This fragrance is apparently discontinued, but is easily available. I reviewed it on another website 3 years or so ago and it was discontinued and cheap back then. Well it is still cheap, so there must be a lot of it still out there. I paid $11.95 for 75ml ( about $10 US) for it and it is well worth that amount. I have no idea why the milk container packaging was thought to be appropriate for this fragrance as it has nothing to do with milk! From the outset, the fragrance is reminiscent of Dunhill Desire or to some degree Xeryus Rouge and Nikos Sculpture. It has a sweet and sour spiciness that makes this a very lively scent. I think it is the green notes and sweet spices, such as cinnamon that dominate and give this balance. It lasts rather a long time and would suit younger men.

Creamy birch
Wow...I had a bottle of Plus Plus Masculine in 2003 from TJMaxx for about $10. It was the only thing I sported for a few weeks. My initial infatuation reminded me of my favorite band from the early 1990s-Inspiral Carpets because of the cows on the box. The contents were just as youthful and clever. This youthful sexy oriental needed to be a permanent addition to my collection. It just a brief affair that I gave to a friend who wore it better, I believed. That was before I really understood how great the effect was on my body. I was busy sampling everything else, that seemed a bit more mature like Boucheron Jaipur.

The notes were complex and surprisingly seductive. It is very floral with lots of jasmine, violet and lily of the valley all packed in creamy woody spices. Cinnamon and cardamon warms everything up like creamy chai at trendy cafe full of young people having a good time on a snowy night. There is nothing too formal here, yet its quite alluring up close. This was a northern delight to go clubbing in Chicago or Toronto, were you would work up a sweat before braving the frigid night. You would not leave alone and remember the encounter every spray going forward.

Yes, I replaced my bottle recently and revisited my really cool Inspiral Carpets albums. Plus Plus is Commercial Rain...This is required in your collection, if this was your scene in the day...

Plus and Plus does not equal complete Minus
Even though it is an inexpensive perfume, I was very happy to receive it as a birthday gift... since I actually found Diesel scents quite decent, especially Only the Brave... but even the best ones didn’t have the quality to make it into my collection.

Now Plus Plus Masculine is in the collection and I was shocked by the low rating here and expected the worst since you can usually rely on my Parfumo colleagues... however, I must slightly disagree here, such a basement rating does not deserve it and to my nose, it smells good, not particularly special or great, but absolutely wearable and satisfactory, especially for the price-performance ratio!

The bottle is ugly, just like the name of the perfume, and the spray head is not of good quality. The sillage is just average, the longevity is good to very good!

Like all the Diesel scents I have tested so far, it is not a complete failure and clearly aimed at the younger ones among us, for laid-back jeans wearers who enjoy extreme sweetness, as especially the first hour is as sweet as fizzy powder, for many at least 2 scoops too sweet, which probably explains the percentage.

In the heart note, there is a striking similarity to the popular and beloved Sculpture by Nikos, which I find good in itself, however, I do not like copies or too many similar scents in my collection. But overall, very commendable and it only lasts from hour 2 to 4.

I cannot immediately identify this extreme sweetness from the fragrance ingredients, maybe it is the birch, either way, very unisex and a bit too much, which is balanced out by the weak strength! One thing I know: Anyone who smells toilet cleaner should take a closer sniff or has a great toilet cleaner ;-)

When I read that it is OOP, I am even happier to own it and wear it occasionally on unimportant, normal days to spare my beloved Sculpture a bit ;-)

Double Employee Plus for Diesel!
Diesel paid close attention back in 1995 to what was great in the perfume market, and then scored big with the follow-up in 1997!

Sculpture Homme had delivered a piece of wonderful perfumery art two years earlier, and hey - while you’re sewing jeans together, you can’t reinvent everything else yourself ;P

But honestly - what’s allowed is what’s fun! And in this case, it really brings me joy. Sculpture is, for me, still a youthful and worthwhile fragrance DNA. A gem!
Diesel PPM has at its heart almost the same green-balsamic, slightly aquatic nuances as Sculpture. It also implements the sporty yet attractive cologne feeling just as well.

While Sculpture remains a bit stronger, balsamic, and fresher, PPM develops slightly into a smooth, lightly vanilla-sweet, creamy direction - without leaving the green-cologne base theme.
I would even dare to say that PPM develops slight Le Male characteristics towards the drydown.

I believe both have their right to exist, and to be honest, I’m glad that one of my all-time favorites has received a double. Sculpture is clearly the unmistakable original, a bit more pronounced and striking. In contrast, PPM is more urban, easier to wear, and more modern.

Sillage and longevity are unfortunately a bit weaker in PPM, but sufficient, especially if you spray it on excessively. (:

Cleaner
A friend of mine wore this scent when he visited recently. At first, I thought it was okay, nice, fresh, orange. Nothing special, but at least better than nothing. It fades quite quickly. After a few days, I found it annoying. It somehow smells like orange cleaner. Strange that nothing about orange is mentioned in the pyramid. It doesn't smell masculine at all, which isn't the worst thing.

The definition of a “purple scent”. It reminds me a lot of what Skittles smell like, in a really good way, milky sweet, spicy and full of character.

Milk-like creamy mix of apple, white flowers and a touch of sweetness, all mid-quality. Quite unique and cheap, enclosed in a fun packaging.

***** Still a classic for me, fresh, sweet, spicy, woody, masculine, a bit of everything, and not too much of anything! Top! *****

The opening is still interesting with fresh-sweet notes, but it increasingly drifts into a tiring synthetic vibe. Not necessary.

Light and easy to wear, this scent is clean and simple, impressing with its purism, I think. It reminds me of my youth. A fresh scent.

Masculinity cannot exist without femininity - it's clearly missing here!
Amber-woody, spicy-warm, slightly zesty…

Doesn't smell like the brand name, but starts citrus-synthetic, goes floral-synthetic, and finally becomes spicy-synthetic.
