Hands down the BEST release I've smelled this year!

The best Dunhill has EVER released, imho. As complex and as good as the notes suggest. There is a very passable oud-y aspect from the top to bottom, as well as a very present lipstick-y iris.

If I had to approximate this, I would say this embodies all of the elements of what makes Dior Homme Parfum, Tom Ford's Ombre Leather and Gucci Guilty Absolute pour Homme great and successfully packages it all in one composition.

Clone? No. Inspired? Maybe. See, with this it not only hints at those greats but it goes on to improve them by adding the things people wanted to have seen in those frags respectively. Things like: oud, tobacco ginger, Sichuan pepper, etc... helping to make this it's own thing. Take the label off and this is credibly niche.
Only will the addictive frag head get the references this harkens to. Trust me.

Overall, this is an official sock blower. Please quote me when this blows up.

Well done, Dunhill.

VERY nice leather/tobacco/oud fragrance
Superb leather/tobacco/oud fragrance. Out of all the Signature Collection brown juices I sampled, this is the best. Niche quality. Very masculine fragrance. After the initial spicy opening, it quickly settles in the most perfectly blended leather, tobacco and oud. As far as rough oud goes, I'd put Agar Wood at about the same level as 1 Million Golden Oud and a big step above Gucci Oud Intense or Polo Oud. It's probably a bit strong for a guy's first intro to oud. Note, there is no rose in Agar Wood.

Longevity is very long lasting while sillage is only average, making it safe for the office and close quarters. I'm going on over 10 hours and still have a pretty strong skin scent. Mainly a cool or cold weather scent but not heavy so it could work on a warm summer evening.

This is the last of the Signature Collection brown juices I've tested. I did not test Mongolian Cashmere because I knew I wouldn't like it based on the notes, description and reviews. For the others, I'd rate them as follows with the one I liked best first to least last:
1. Agar Wood
2. Egyptian Smoke
3. British Leather
4. Moroccan Amber
5. Indian Sandalwood
6. Arabian Desert

I'll probably be getting bottles of Agar Wood, Egyptian Smoke and Moroccan Amber. British Leather has a dry down that's very similar to Antaeus, which I like better. I prefer AdP Sandalo over Indian Sandalwood. I didn't care for Arabian Desert.

Smoke and elegantly goodness
I totally agree with the reviewer before; maybe the best sent of the year, if you like a successful bonding between barbershop meets middle eastern fragrance. Why barbershop? It s got the freshness from citrus, ginger, musc and pepper but also this amazing smoke, oud and leather combo, very masculin...the notes, which hold for me everything together and smooths the differences out are the tobacco, violet leafs and the iris, which round all up and give this gentleman feel... The hidden star is the mastic, which I can detect as spending the summers in my childhood in greece. If you want to know what fragragrances it reminds me of it s got definitively vibes from gucci guilty absolute in terms of leather & bentley for men absolute in terms of woodiness and cartiers l enviol (only on the agar wood part) but does totally his own thing, and is stronger, more unique and hasn't any booziness, which i admire in this case. This gives it a lot of elegance. Longevity is excellent and for the price you can get it online it s a must have. Intrigued to test the whole line, definitely high quality and sofisticated
for men above 30 (grab whatever you are comfortable with, but i think this is made for the gusto of older men) Also nice: You don t have a supersweet fragrance but you can pick up a sence of powderyness. Best time to wear: Fall and winter and maybe a little dressed up :-) 9/10

Not your everyday scent
I want to love this one so much. With its beautiful ingredients, its amazing bottle, its dark red color that screams for a spray.

Its got raving reviews everywhere, even my family approve… nay, love it. But I just don’t.

I appreciate it, don’t get me wrong. When sprayed on, it gives me a kind of comforting sensation. A sense of a weekend at a farmhouse. Horses running outside. Rosebeds are in full bloom. Cinnamon... don’t know where you come from but it’s all quite soothing and calming.

Would I wear it to a party? No. Would I wear it for sports or work? No. Actually I’m not even sure when to wear it.

Trying out of the Box !!!
Yes , you heard it right . Dunhill came up with the idea to intro this signature collection line but most of the fragrances of this collection is not worthy except Moroccan Amber , Indian Sandalwood and Agarwood . I have Moroccan Amber which I really like . Recently I bought the Agarwood and my first impression was like WOW . but after trying the few days one thing thing I understood , the performance is just average But scent profile is soo good and its for Winter only .
I got little vibe of farenhite + gucci guilty absolute with added note of agarwood . Very nice IMHO.

An über oud-y, woody, lipstick-y, powdery, Ombre Leather/Gucci Guilty Absolute pour Homme... with tobacco. Exactly that. I prefer this.

Very good starter oud for a good price. Sweet leather and woods. It’s contradictory, but it smells very designer/western ortiental.

Leathery, oily, woody western oud with incense and the tiniest bit of aromatic sweetness. While not a new concept - executed well enough.

Not for me. Too heavy on the animalistic smells. Probably the Oud and Suede. Smells like horse barn.

The main players are wild leather, tobacco, oud, and musk, giving it an oriental masculinity. Other notes beautifully round it off with a warm-spicy touch.

I feel like I tested a different scent than my predecessors. No barn, no urine, nothing unpleasant. In the drydown, sweet tobacco.

The facets of this fragrance work especially well outdoors in the cool air: dark, spicy, slightly sweet, and simply stylish.

Super high-quality oud scent without the usual additions of rose, oriental notes, etc. A masculine and robust oud fragrance.
Price/performance: excellent!

It oscillates between ATH Homme and TF Ombre Leather, funny! After 3 hours, the leather comes through, which (especially for a designer) [...]
