Pale red and bleached black
While I was about to spray this scent with a so particular name, I was thinking of a powerful perfume, deep and strong just like the colours whose it takes the name. the red is the colour of love, of passion and the black represents the dark side of our soul, the unknown and the Death too; Eros & Thanatos, passionate love and Death , as the ancient Greek said.Well, It wasn't so.
This fragrance, of course, is pleasant, well balanced and feminin, but it hasn't the strong character I was expecting from it: the opening is lightly fruity and I don't smell so much the vibrant and warm ylang touch. To my nose only the feminin flowery notes arrived, such as the rose and the White flowers, but it is all so light and pale! finally, the base: where is the warmth you could expect from the benzoin , the tuberose, the musk and the Woods? all seems pale, a ghost of a scent. The sillage isn't so strong, as well as the longevity. What a pity for a fragrance which could be so charming! The bottle is elegant, squared and simple, in the Eisenberg 's style but the price is high in comparison with the longevity of this perfume.
So,this fragrance could be compared to a tango played low and for only a few minutes.

Expired Makeup

The title really says it all about the scent. It smells like expired, rancid makeup that has been continuously exposed to the sun. However, there is also an unbearable acidity that stubbornly lingers throughout the fragrance. The scent feels very artificially inflated and is packed with powdery accents that have long since seen their best days. Moreover, this sour note soon hangs over everything, and it has no intention of settling down and giving it a rest. No - it burns quite a bit and stings the nose. Over time, jasmine also makes an appearance, which comes off as sultry and very dirty. In my opinion, it doesn’t fit in at all.

Everything then just seems like a wild mishmash. The fragrance doesn’t really evolve anymore and remains flat, but quite expressive with its sour and powdery nature. Vanilla is lightly stirred in, trying to bring in a subtle sweetness. However, it fails miserably. The sweetness just plops into the scent - it becomes increasingly unbearable. Musk, which lazily wanders through the fragrance development, is just as misplaced as everything else. Mentally, I have hundreds of expired makeup items under my nose, and I am overcome by a creepy, uneasy feeling. Who wants to smell like an old, yellowed makeup box?

Eisenberg is not exactly one of my favorite brands, and there are occasionally some really good scents from them. But this one completely exceeds the absolute limit - in the most negative sense possible. The fragrance is nothing and says nothing. Personally, I find it unbearable and it definitely doesn’t deserve more than these three points. Because there is really nothing that could be highlighted. The only thing I find good is the packaging and the simple bottle. The longevity and sillage are in the higher segment, which I don’t like at all. It sinks deeply into every pore of the skin and holds and holds and holds. An absolute nightmare for a scent that one cannot stand at all. Especially not when one classifies it as unbearable. Conclusion: The scent is not a perfume to me in this sense and is so excess. The price being charged for it is outrageous!

In the Heat of the Day
Today I finally wanted to redeem a Douglas voucher before it "falls into the hands of robbers."
This place is a Bermuda Triangle.

I felt compelled to wear my new raspberry-red autumn jacket because I wanted to show it off.
I wore my dark hair down for a change, and it contrasted strikingly with the red.
On top of that, I applied the lipstick: Flame - and even my husband let out an appreciative "Chicobello!"

Flattered, I strutted about - but the sun had a lot to say about my 25 degrees.

I was a bit overdressed for the temperature - but who wants to be beautiful must suffer.

However, my suffering was eased when I discovered Rouge et Noir in the perfumery.
The name matched my outfit perfectly!
A sign?
I do believe in the supernatural.

The scent is not supernatural - but very sensual.
Softly bitter, I am greeted by cassis - accompanied by enchanting ylang-ylang and equally delightful stock roses.
Roses and jasmine join in, and the tuberose completes the floral dream.
A glass of brandy is swirled alongside.
Deeply sweet vanilla and smoky cedar dim the floral fireworks, making it feel more evening-like.

This rich bouquet is gallantly presented by candlelight.
A mysterious lady in red receives it from an elegant gentleman in a black tailcoat.

The musician trio plays the tango: The scent of a woman - and she gently places her hand in his.

A bohemian fragrance with a retro character.

To all Gourmandinas and Gourmandinos!
Yep, for everyone who likes it sweet-fruity, sweet-floral, sweet-vanilla, sweet-creamy, and tuberose: Here it is! And it's completely authentic too. No synthetic sweetness! And besides, it's quite a powerhouse. This scent is expansive. Yes, it is sweet, but I like it anyway. Somehow the sweetness is different, not so sugary that I fear my teeth will fall out or I’ll get full-body cavities.
The opening is peach and berry-heavy, and then the lush floral notes of the intoxicating Ylang-Ylang blossoms follow.
The heart note is florally orgiastic, and I had to Google Matthiola first, because there was a note that came to my nose that I had never encountered in a perfume before. The AHA effect followed immediately. Matthiola incana, simply known as stock, is a popular and robust garden perennial that exudes an intoxicatingly sweet scent.
The base is finely woody, seeeehhhrr creamy, and quite tuberose-heavy, but in a way that I can tolerate.
Dear Fiona, thank you for the decant, and I didn’t Google prices this time, hehe.

No Friendship After Closer Acquaintance
How did I come to think this scent would smell good when I bought it?

Okay, I had held 3 scent strips under my nose and 2 tissues with other Eisenberg fragrances. I liked them all quite well.

With Rouge & Noir, I must have had a mix in my nose when I spontaneously thought, yes, this is it. This will accompany me from now on.

Being who I am, I unpacked my newly acquired perfume in the car on the way back and sprayed my wrists at the traffic light, happily sniffing and grinning contentedly all the way home.

You think so.
I was startled.
What the hell is that?

The smell was piercing, and that sting reminded me of a (much worn by others) scent from the 90s. I still can't remember which one.
I hoped it would quickly fade into the background and I could soon smell what I had just 10 minutes ago on the waved tissue.

You think so.
It became more dominant and remained until the end. Even though the base brought something quite deliciously elegant, the sting overshadowed them all.
After the party was long over, it still swept away the leftovers.

I was lucky enough to exchange it today. After the "all about eve" experience, I should have definitely tested it more patiently; I hope I finally write it behind my ears (where it belongs instead of on a tissue in an already fragrant room). However, how I could overpower this stinky note (sorry to the lovers) remains a mystery to me.

Unfortunately, only 20% from me, as the bottle is also not particularly impressive in design ;(
However, for those who like it, it lasts a long time, durability is completely okay.

Edit: it was definitely the tuberose, which some find very challenging. Tuberose and I will not be friends!

Starts sharp-citrusy-sour, acetone-like black Joha-synthetic. Followed by sandalwood + vanillin + tuberose or something, my stomach is rebelling.

Reminds me of Sun, Moon, Stars, but with an even stronger sweetness. The drydown is unbearable, nauseating. Longevity: 3 days after 6 showers. Poison!

The zesty sour top note is a brief highlight before a creamy sweet and rather bland floral scent takes over. Nice, I guess.

Dark sweet woody warm. At first dull, then a more intense stomach-turner. It reminds me so much of something. Can't quite place it. Fahrenheit?
