Truly a very disappointing scent
This is the opinion of a Japanese person who drinks green tea on a daily basis.
Elizabeth Arden Green Tea is definitely not "green tea".
The combination of lychee and lime is especially awful. I love lychee, lime and geranium. But this combination smells synthetic and plastic. And the faint "green tea flavor" smells exactly the same as Febreze made in Japan that contains green tea ingredients. I couldn't help but wonder if this is acceptable as a flanker.
If this is really what you're feeling with green tea, then maybe you've never had proper green tea? I can't help but think that. I'm not asking all green teas to apologize, but I honestly thought it was crazy to have this combination.
Sorry. I don't mean to criticize anyone. It's just perfume.
But for someone who comes from a country that loves green tea, it's not green tea...

Heatwave Candidate
No, I've had enough of the Green Tea series and I don't need a new fragrance either... With these thoughts, I wandered into RM to buy other things. But the Green Teas were on sale, and one has to take a fleeting look at them. Yes, what I saw at first glance were exactly the scents I already have. But there was a new addition. There was no tester available, and I impulsively made a blind purchase. With a few exceptions, I haven't been let down by the Green Tea series.

At home, I then tested the new addition in peace and was more than pleasantly surprised. This is indeed a heatwave fragrance that really shines at temperatures like these days. But it is also very wearable otherwise, if you like fresh scents.

It starts fresh with lemon without the usual cleaning note, bergamot, and lime without the other popular detergent note. Rounded off with lychee. Later, floral notes come in, where none dominated, but it certainly didn't come across as artificial. In the end, you have a bitter/herbaceous/fruity/fresh/green scent with a hint of floral.

Longevity is around 5 hours for me, which is in the green zone.

If you don't want to belong to the Grandma 4711 squad and its offshoots (I only like two of those), this fragrance is the right choice. Fresh and elegant. In the heat, it is not intrusive but rather presents itself as simply well-groomed with this scent.

Less bitter than mimosa, but just as bright and sunny and citrusy. The green tea comes across less “clean and fresh” and more fake-ish, but still nice

The well-known Green Tea, but with a bitter-fruity twist that suits it well. Refreshing, light, and still mainly green.

Lychee and lime both smell very unsweet but natural. Probably pleasantly refreshing in summer, but unfortunately too citrusy in winter.

Perfect for summer, beautifully citrusy, juicy, floral, and fresh. Not sweet.

Wonderful fresh scent for hot days. The lime really stands out for me, the combo with tea is just lovely.

Zesty, refreshing. Reminds me of elderflower spritzer. Unfortunately fades quickly.
