Masc/fem hybrid
I recieved a free sample from the official FB site on which this review is based.

First time I wore it, I wasn’t really sure I’d like it. Starting off with this hyper realistic mango. Almost thirst quenchingly real. Sweet and fruity, I associate that scent profile with younger women somehow. I.e. not for me.

But after an hour, maybe two, this pulls a 180 and goes into this green, dark mossy direction. Very masculine. Very nice. “Can’t stop smelling my hand”-nice.

The fragrance’s story is all about changing along with your emotions. Maybe that’s what I’m smelling. But I’m a rather down to earth guy so I’d say it’s just the drydown.

It doesn’t have much of that animalic base that most of FB’s fragrances have (and I LOVE). It also doesn’t perform as beastly. But, it’s not bad at all. Will I buy a full bottle? Unfortunately, I don’t think I can get past that fruity opening every time I wear it.

FFF ??? Future Fruity Fougere
Is that really made by a human ? The first impression was F word that's amazing, Made by robot or AI ... I think Francesca Bianchi will be in the top 3 in the world if not the GOAT .. Her style and creations is out of this world, I don't see any brand following her direction. The uniqueness make you stand out and saying sorry but I'm the boss.
Well done and Salute to the Queen

It takes a minute…
I believe that just as people experience emotions and possess varying levels of empathy, we also have different capacities for perceiving and interpreting scents. In my opinion, Francesca has an exceptionally refined sense of smell and a deeply developed olfactory intuition. She smells beauty where many don’t.

At first, the fragrance opens on an unpleasant note which is sour, medicinal, with an impression of unripe mango. Initially, I thought this scent wasn’t for me. However, it’s absolutely worth giving a minute then it quickly transforms, becoming sweet, smooth, and beautifully rounded. The mango softens and sweetens, emerging as the true star of the composition (that’s how I understand it) Within this tropical blend, you can pick out hints of lime, passion fruit, and lemon. There’s also a light trace of lavender, a slightly salty mossy undertone, and what feels like a distant echo of a sweet leathery-woody base.

Most of her previous creations are built on a very specific, and to me quite recognizable, bitter lavender creamy leathery base that she seems to favor. That signature touch is present here as well, and as in previous of her works i found it too mature and strong for me, here it’s in perfect balance.

This tropical stage lingers for quite some time, gradually evolving into something a bit more herbal. It’s a very enjoyable drydown, and I get the sense that Francesca aimed to create something current and broadly appealing with her personal touch.

Overall, I think this is a fantastic summer fragrance, and I’ll definitely be wearing it.

Smells like an old book with fruit dumped on it.
Personal: 6.5/10 - I appreciate the complexity of this fragrance, but it's too complex for me.
Mass appeal: 4/10 - It's too dark and leathery for people to enjoy in general.
Performance: 8/10 - Strong performance for a fragrance with so many fruity elements.
Value: 4/10 - Niche pricing, and despite the high quality, it's not very wearable.
Uniqueness: 9/10 - Despite the note breakdown being fairly simple, this is extremely unique and a level of complexity I rarely smell.
SCORE: 63/100

Full bottle buy? NO, it's art that's perfect for a 2ml decant.
Blind buy? NO, absolutely not. It's extremely expensive for something that is so polarizing.
Recommend? YES, if you want something woody, complex, and a bit fruity.
Date night? NO, unless your partner specifically loves something so resinous and dark.
Office safe? NO, smells more like a medieval church or leather-filled dungeon than a boardroom.

Pros: Bold, unique, artistic, and very well blended. Super high quality VERY dark fragrance.
Cons: Polarizing for wearing out and about, and lends itself better to olfactory art than skin.

Look, this is about as unique, complex, and special as I've smelled, but it's not quite in a way that works for me. It smells like freshly tanned leather, which is super cool, but not easy to wear. I'm sure some will love it and want to wear it daily, but the person who walks by you at the store probably won't be impressed. That said, it's expertly blended and smells extremely high quality. But for the price, I'd hope so.

It smells extremely dark, masculine, and mysterious. I'd send a bottle to John Wick, honestly.

*Review #23 in my fragrance journey - this fragrance I own as a decant*

Fougere Erba Pura
On the first spray the fragrance is photo realistic mango, sweet but not too sweet, you can get a whiff of other fruits also but this is all balanced out by lavender which slowly becomes more apparent. As the scent transitions the sweetness recedes fougere accords take over a beautiful powdery lavender is supported by oakmoss and woods.

I do not like Erba Pura with its on the nose fruit cocktail accord, but here the mango in the opening is more muted and blends perfectly as the scent transitions. Will I buy a full bottle? Maybe as I am currently very selective of what I buy but it is definitely worth exploring in the future.

It's fruity with a woody/salty drydown that reminds me of Rabanne Phantom. A bit run-off-the-mill for Franchescas standards.

Delicious! Fizzy lavender punch drink you drink at that one fancy café near a big parking lot of a mall you used to visit a lot as a kid.

I def don't always like fruity perfumes, but I like the fruiti-ness (VERY tropical) that this opens with.I like the leather dry down too.

Very creamy and fruity, like a mango & passionfruit panna cotta. It doesn't have that familiar Bianchi DNA, but it's still good!

Meh, a bit disappointed by this one, it's fruity sweet. But maybe for fruity sweet scent lovers is ok

Creative fruity-woody blend. Unique and artistic with great transitions, though projection and longevity are just average.
