Interesting Facts
Originally, Cuir de Russie was created by Aimé Guerlian and reformulated by Jacques Guerlain in 1935. Based on records in the archives of Guerlain, the beginnings of Cuir de Russie date back to 1872. Since February 2014, the historic flacon of Cuir de Russie is exhibited in the "Hall of Mirrors" of Maison Guerlain.
