Another "inimitable"...
So far, all attempts to compare this "Scherrer" with another fragrance have failed. Only "4711", one of the oldest "scented waters" still in existence, bears a slight resemblance to this one. "Comes from neroli and galbanum"!!!! That's what I say. And from the mint and the woods. But the Scherrer is "icy-dry", the "4711" is refreshingly cool.
Yes, it's the "dryness", the lemon-tea frostiness that seems to come out of the freezer at minus 20 degrees C that no other perfumer has managed to achieve so far. And that may be saying a lot considering the confusing, almost inexhaustible flood of fragrances that are trying to win over customers' noses. Niche! Absolutely! And incredibly green - but not "synthetic". Pop Delights 01" only seems to thaw a little late in the fragrance. The "Sun of Orange Blossoms" almost manages that... but not completely. Before it could become "liquid" - late in the "afternoon", the sunset soon sets and conjures up a mélange of green-yellow-orange ice crystals in the darkening sky as the temperature drops again. Inimitable and unconventionally classy - like so many things from "Scherrer"...
