Shamelessly Charmless
Sun Men Eau de Toilette is such a beautiful fragrance. An ode to long nights on vacation, to summer, to light enjoyment and joy.
But what is THIS here? Nothing of the sort, no charm but also no shame in sullying the great name of Sun Men with this. Don't get me wrong, Sun Men Eau de Parfum is not a catastrophic fragrance. But it has nothing to do with the original.
It is citrusy, fresh, and quite synthetic. Above all, it is rather bitter, completely different from the warm, beautiful EdT. Its compositional foundation is quite faceless.
I don't even know why they didn't simply intensify the lightness of the EdT in the EdP and perhaps even add a bit more depth at the expense of the subtly fresh character. So much could have been possible...
Instead, this EdP is just a disappointing, mediocre flanker that neglects the DNA and instead offers a very generic, boring fresh mix. No one needs this, it can go.
You can wear it in your leisure time, in everyday life, or while exercising. It maintains its solid projection for 2 hours, then it diminishes, and after 6 hours, you're at skin level. Visually, I prefer the color scheme of the EdT bottle, otherwise, the bottle is okay.
