My problematic fav
Addicting. I went through two travel sizes in a month and just sprung for my first full size.
Also, I literally just made my account specifically to review this fragrance because I’m absolutely baffled by the reviews on it here. This is not a feminine fragrance. This is not a masculine fragrance. This is the most neutral, unisex fragrance to ever do it. It is definitely one of those fragrances that shifts depending on who’s wearing it, but I sincerely do not understand why or how anyone gets fruit from this, or worse, nothing at all. DO NOT BE MISLEAD BY THESE REVIEWS! It’s certainly not nothing. It is not a fragrance that smells very intense in the air or on a strip. The relatively quick dry down is what you’re looking for, and I do feel as though the note (just the one) shows itself after about 10-15 seconds of application. It’s almost as if it has to develop mid air. But rest assured, once it’s on you, you will get whiffs of it all day. On me, It smells like clean, ambery, wet skin. Obviously it’s very linear with there being just one note but it works. It’s present in whatever you layer over it, it lasts longer than most anything I layer over it, and I’m never mad at that. Now that I have a full bottle I plan on wearing it solo, because she is a star.
Yes, this is a one note, synthetic fragrance. I think the sound of that aesthetically turns some people off or even solidifies their opinion of it before they even give it a chance. But that’s what makes it special. It transforms on your skin, more so than any other “your skin but better” scent (looking at you glossier). I’ll stop rambling, but PLEASE give my baby a chance.
(Oh, one more thing, I got the Not a Detergent by JHAG, Not a Perfume scented laundry detergent, and DAMN does it make my clothes smell fresh.)
