all'Olio di Argan L'Erbolario 2013

This is a very nice but simple scent. Linear hazelnut and vanilla with a slightly powdery dry down. Hazelnuts are my favorite nuts, it isn't such a commonly used note so I really like it in this one. I enjoy using this edt in winter days for daily use. It is too naive for evening and night in my opinion, unless you are taking it to sleep to comfort you in the cold nights.

Doesn't last too long which is a pitty, sillage is average.

All’Olio di Argan starts off a bit harsh - sweet and almost overwhelming, with a bold hazelnut note that hits you right away. But give it a few minutes.

Once it settles, the scent softens beautifully. The hazelnut turns creamy, smooth, and comforting, like an elegant hazelnut spread - rich but never cloying.

It’s simple, gently gourmand, and very pleasant. Perfect for those who just want to smell like hazelnut, plain and simple.

The only problem is its very weak longevity and sillage. Too bad...

A very subtle and fresh scent with a pleasantly sweet character. The nutty note appears mostly at the beginning, then slowly fades as soft, enveloping vanilla takes its place. It is a gourmand fragrance, though expressed in a delicate and understated way, staying close to the skin and offering a soothing, comforting presence.

With a lot of hope for a great scent, I bought this perfume. Upon the first spray, I was already disappointed... I smell a bit of hazelnut and a tiny splash of vanilla. Unfortunately, the vanilla doesn't stay with me for long; it says goodbye after a short time. Hazelnut, well... I try to sniff you out, but... nothing is left! I would love to write more about the scent development, but unfortunately, I don't have the opportunity to do so, as there is simply no scent development happening.
An absolutely unremarkable fragrance that has nothing in common with many scents from this company. I am soooo disappointed, how sad is that?! I own Mandorla and am thrilled with it. That's so totally my thing!... and this one: No thanks! There are better options! Sorry that I have to write such a harsh review, but honesty lasts the longest!

This top note...
Gourmand Heaven!
Very one-dimensional, but ultra-yummy.
A lot of roasted (hazel) nuts, a bit of Nutella, a lot of hazelnut ice cream, Ferrero Rocher...
All these aromas can be found in this top note.
They spin my head, but in a beautiful way...

But they seem to fade away...
Why?
You can't just start like this and then disappear and leave me!
"We are ethereal and modest," they seem to whisper to me from afar.
"We didn't come to stay in the foreground, we are the entrance of vanilla"

And indeed, vanilla spreads out...
An amazingly authentic, straightforward "I'm-cutting-the-pod-lengthwise-vanilla," flanked by the aromas mentioned above, which cannot assert themselves.
Together they create a dark, very wintry, slightly smoky vanilla note.

Very tasty, but my heart is losing interest a bit...
The top note was too beautiful and perfect.
Like something out of my imagination, 1:1

A cuddly-wuddly winter perfume that is of course not refined at all, as it is too simply structured.
But for now, a wonderful caresser for the senses.

And this toooop note... sorry, I'm repeating myself.

The scent intensity is in the medium range, really nothing is booming here, and the longevity is excellent at about 6 hours, in my opinion.

I like L'Erbolario. They have already brought me much joy with Dolcelisir, Meharees, and Mandorla.
Now also with all'Olio di Argan.
