Habik Men Lattafa 2025

This fragrance is well-deserved for its popularity. It features a spicy opening with a pleasant herbal note, likely due to the Artemisia. The longevity is impressive, and the dry down transitions into a smooth blend of sweet woody notes. This fragrance offers a more mature alternative to a scent like Spicebomb and is not synthetic. The bottle is aesthetically pleasing, although the plastic decorations appear to be fragile and are glued onto the bottle. The atomizer functions effectively. Six spritz on direct skin provides a lasting fragrance that can last up to nine hours with a two-hour strong projection. When sprayed on clothing, the fragrance can last for days. It is likely inspired by a discontinued fragrance from JPG, which explains its appeal. This fragrance is a safe and enjoyable choice for those who appreciate spicy scents.

Spicy, sweet, green goodness. Long lasting warm-spicy gentleman's fragrance. I loved this from the start. Really surprised me how much I like it. I get a bit of an musky-animalic in the top note and I'm not sure how that works, but I sure do like it. It's a mild animalic note and doesn't last too long. The spicy green notes blend well with the sweet-creamy notes. I haven't compared it to PG version but have heard this is as good are better and is it's on character have has many similarities to JG. People like the clones but I always thought it's good to be different and do things with a twist no matter what you try to duplicate or replicate. I mean who follows a recipe to 100% as written? I don't.

After some rather average fragrances from Lattafa recently, one of the largest and best-known Arabic perfume houses has once again released a scent that can be seen and smelled!

The well-known model is the now discontinued "Le Mâle Essence de Parfum | Jean Paul Gaultier," and Lattafa captures it quite well. The DNA is definitely clear and recognizable, even if the fragrance pyramid suggests something different.

For those who are not familiar with "Le Mâle Essence de Parfum | Jean Paul Gaultier," here’s a little fragrance classification:
I would categorize the scent as very distinctively woody-leathery. Light herbal and barbershop vibes resonate and give the fragrance a very masculine aura.
"Habik Men | Lattafa / لطافة" handles the theme just as well and only deviates slightly in nuances from the original. In a direct comparison, I find "Habik Men | Lattafa / لطافة" to be a bit less sweet; otherwise, I can’t identify any major differences.

The performance and longevity are also on the same level as "Le Mâle Essence de Parfum | Jean Paul Gaultier."
The scent lasts a good 7-8 hours on the skin, and on clothing, it can linger for several days!

I like the fragrance DNA of Le Mâle Essence de Parfum and am pleased that "Habik Men | Lattafa / لطافة" has created a worthy successor.

If the original smells like this, it's no wonder it was discontinued, because this one smells like those very cheap deep black "synthetic jeans" when they are brand new! And they still smell like that even after countless washes, you can never get rid of it. I don't understand how anyone can hype something like this? Somewhere it actually says something about Fahrenheit and Joop Homme, is that a joke? Then I’ll say that it smells five times stronger than 1 Million, that’s how it is, so come on everyone, buy it!

Moving on to the packaging. Once again, typically Lattafa, the bottle is happily bouncing around in its sad little box. This time I was at least lucky that it didn’t leak, unlike five other Lattafa fragrances that did when I opened them new. And then you have to argue with the retailers again. This has nothing to do with the cheap price, but with the design of these boxes themselves. I don’t understand why they can’t adjust them to fit the bottles so that they sit in there somewhat securely? They always make a big deal about being grand and impressive, but they can’t manage to protect the product itself? Outside nice, inside not so nice!

I’ve only been buying clones for a while now, and there are some really good ones from Lattafa, but compared to other cloning houses, the quality is declining more and more, and I hardly buy any of them anymore. This one was so cheap, and since I don’t know the original and it’s only available at outrageous prices, the risk was fortunately small.

Longevity and sillage are strong. The bottle itself is nicely designed with a heavy cap. I read somewhere that someone’s bottle fell on the floor and broke because the decoration around the glass didn’t hold, but mine is secure; however, you shouldn’t hold it by the cap.

Maybe we should focus on quality again instead of quantity!

The package mistakenly arrived at my mother's place; I told her to open it and try the perfume. A few minutes later, she replied with one sentence: The perfume smells fantastic!

Now, I came home from work today and wanted to try the scent. I sprayed 2 generous spritzes on my forearm and started sniffing.

The first scent DNA I detected was definitely that of JPG Le Male. But over time, another association emerged. I picked up the DNA of the men's fragrance Givenchy Gentleman.

Le Male and Givenchy Gentleman are among my top perfumes. This blend is very sensual and smells very pleasant.

All in all, I can recommend this fragrance 100%!

P.S.: I acquired about 7 perfumes from Lattafa this year, and this perfume is the absolute best.
