Powerful agarwood opening into Zarokian's signature amber
Tango Oud is exactly as advertised: III-IV Tango with a pungent agarwood note, especially in the opening. It definitely feels a bit more rugged and masculine than its predecessor with a very realistic animalic agarwood, sort of similar to the one I perceived in Oud Ispahan Eau de Parfum. But Tango Oud dries down to a spicy leathery amber which is Zarokian's signature, first appearing in Epic Woman Eau de Parfum. Speaking of Epic, I think Epic 56 Woman is the superior "masculinized" version of this DNA, plus I think it can be found for cheaper. So while Tango Oud is good at what it does, it's not quite going to make it onto my wishlist.
