A pure vanilla perfume!

Although "vaniglia"was a blind buy, when I first sprayed I felt so lucky to have it because between all the other vanilla perfumes I own it smells Delicious Pure Vanilla!
Despite the three notes of this perfume (vanilla,caramel and orchid) ,that are so well melted, from the beginning till the end, you can smell a buttery-sugary-caramelly perfume but also quite powdery!
An excellent choice for vanilla-lovers and so perfect for summer or winter!

Sugar Cookie Vanilla

Yes!! This is so GOOD!! I have been on a vanilla kick lately (I have been missing out all these years because I have discovered some good vanillas!) and have been looking for a longer lasting, sweet sugar cookie vanilla and this is it! There is something about the way the orchid, vanilla, and caramel harmonize that makes this fragrance absolutely stunning. I love that I don't detect any floral notes, just vanilla caramel goodness. A true gourmand. I already own St Barth Vanille West Indies, which Vaniglia is super close in scent to (same notes, and they are both very oily too), and I like it, but for some reason Vanille West Indies doesn't seem to last longer than a few hours on me to where I can smell it without trying because it sits super close to the skin on me. I read reviews that Vaniglia has more of a scent bubble and it does! And it's a better value than VWI too because you get more for a lesser price. I will keep using VWI but will not repurchase since I have Vaniglia and it has better performance on me and smells almost identical to me. I also love the simplicity of the bottle, it looks so good on my vanity!

angelic marshmallow clouds

A soft, airy, cloudlike, marshmallowy vanilla; somehow both pillowy and transparent. I went on a quest for my best pure vanilla scent, and this is the one that won out over Tihota and several others whose names escape me. I honestly don't get very much caramel at all, if any - I get the vanilla orchid and the pure sweet vanilla-sugar scent. Like if a marshmallow cloud were also a glass-clear hard candy; pretty and sweet and simple but not boring, perfect for layering!

It all started with a sample...

During the first test, I thought: nice, tasty, just a vanilla scent...
I found the scent quite good but unconsciously ruled it out as a candidate for purchase for myself, you have enough vanilla fragrances, you don't need it, you'll just wear it at home anyway.
I then went to bed soon after and didn’t pay much attention to Vaniglia anymore.

The magic began on the second day,
I had a day off and since I had a 10ml sample to use up, why not indulge in a few sprays...
Vaniglia greets you with an incredibly beautifully crafted delicious vanilla that almost seems food-real, very authentic even if a bit one-dimensional.
Very lush yet somehow fluffy, a hint of marshmallow resonates with me.
A decadent combination that makes your mouth water and overall feels not too perfumey, making it very wearable for me.
No annoying floral notes or anything.

In the drydown, Vaniglia shows itself to me from its most beautiful side, the vanilla deepens and the scent takes on a strong semolina pudding note that I like best.
Long story short, Vaniglia was allowed to move in as a bottle and has already been used relatively often because I just can’t keep my hands off it....

Vanilla Masterpiece(s)

that this fragrance plays in the top league for pure vanilla has already been described multiple times. I can only agree: pure vanilla, a hint of caramel, and in the background a light floral note. That’s all you need for a perfect vanilla scent. I would rather focus on the comparison with the well-known twin, West Indies. Thanks to a dear perfumer, I have both samples and have been alternating between them since this morning. There are subtle nuances that make about a 15% difference, if at all. Vaniglia starts off deliciously with the spray, I immediately get the cozy vanilla caramel combo, while VWI comes out of the bottle more robust and only reaches its "deliciousness" after about 5 seconds. Once you can think clearly again and haven’t eaten yourself, the orchid comes through stronger in Vaniglia, while VWI is still dominated by vanilla and caramel. The caramel in VWI is a bit more robust, as if you perfectly caught it just before burning. The longevity is almost identical for both. Those who have a choice have a dilemma.
