Did not work for me
I absolutely love this line of Infusions from Prada and almost all of them smell a bit like the signature Iris scent but I did not detect any of the signature iris here. All I get is a strong and dry, duty , sour fig with no sweetness to balance it out. Maybe it's my chemistry or maybe this is a dud. I have other fig scents that work much better on me. Although in all fairness I am not a huge fan of fig, my favourite is the Rosabotanica by Balenciaga.

A Walk in the Fig Grove
Infusion de Figue captures the essence of a fresh fig, soft but not sweet, velvety yet never heavy. Far from jammy or dried fruit accords, it retains the green crispness of its leaves, carried by an aromatic breeze drifting through the fig trees.

Everything feels airy, luminous, and effortlessly elegant. A sensory journey that paints the fig with grace and sophistication.

I Regret Nothing
Ah Prada, you and I took a little while to warm up to each other. I actually didn’t want to buy blindly anymore...
And I was probably only so patient because I love your sister Infusion d'Amande so much and your bottles look so wonderful together. So I gave you time.
And now: Je ne regrette rien

Yes, it’s true, Infusion de Figue is such a different fig than one might know from other fragrances. But that’s what makes it special for me. I understand that it may not resonate with everyone.

I had my difficulties with the Prada fig at first. During the first testing, the spark just didn’t seem to ignite. Even when I first wore it, I was still uncertain. But somehow, the scent quietly crept into my heart. Since then, I reach for it incredibly often. So often that I have to force myself to use another fragrance from my collection.

The scent starts off zesty, fruity, with a wonderful mandarin. The mandarin quickly becomes sticky and resinous, and then the fig makes its appearance. The fig also wallows in the same resin, a wonderful symbiosis of the specified mastic resin and galbanum. Prada manages to be spring-fresh through the combination of mandarin and fig while still providing a warmth that is incredibly special. When it’s still bitterly cold in the early morning, the scent warms me. When the sun shines and the thermometer climbs to a spring-like 18 degrees, it refreshes me.
Infusion de Figue is not a green fig. It is fruity, resinous, and becomes wonderfully creamy in the dry down. It doesn’t disturb anyone, as the notes harmonize beautifully together.

This creamy Infusion DNA is clearly recognizable. Nevertheless, it is a standalone scent with many unique features.
Longevity and sillage are not particularly remarkable. Those who read my reviews know that I have skin on which everything holds well. However, I do actually spray this one again in the afternoon. Maybe just because I want to smell it in full force again.

Fig lovers should definitely try this one, but it’s best to erase all their expectations beforehand and fully immerse themselves in this beauty.

Green Fig
Prada's Infusion de figue is the new fragrance from the Infusion series. I have been wearing Infusion d'Iris for years and love fig scents. For me, these are perfect for late summer / September. The heat has eased, and you no longer need the maritime freshness, Portofino, and mandarins; fresh scents are still suitable, but in a milder and creamier way. This fragrance smells very similar to Diptyque's Philosykos.
Leather fig, but not heavy saddle leather, rather fine Röckl gloves. Fresh, soapy, green stems. Yet a bit fruitier than Diptyque, which leans towards a bitter green direction. In the drydown, more fig and less fruit. Galbanum with balsamic notes clears the way. In any case, here too, a green, unripe fig. The nose behind it: Daniela Roche Andrier. Other good fig fragrances:
Mancera Fig Extasy or Bdk Gris Charnel. Unisex; if I absolutely had to decide, this fragrance would be masculine, but only for a young city boy. Perfect for the office. In the end, the scent becomes velvety and elegant, elevated; it would be worn by a well-groomed woman over 50 who wants to smell refined but not outdated. Projection is good, longevity is medium.

Green, green, green is all I have
Of course, I read the comments before buying.
Since Gris Charnel Eau de Parfum was so hyped, we all want figs from around the world, right?
So I searched through Parfumo and looked for a few fragrances with fig. I got stuck on this one.

Many find it dusty, "old-lady" scent, etc.
I didn't let that deter me and was able to acquire a bottle at a good price. I have no regrets.
Normally, I don't warm up to Prada, but I find this one very refined.

I think it smells like a fresh green twig that has been broken in the middle. Have you ever smelled something like that as a child?

It's citrusy, but no cleaner vibes. Fresh, green, crisp.

The little fig is probably there to keep it from being too spritzy, but it stays more in the background. Definitely not a "fig scent" but rather a completely green one.

I didn't expect this, I don't have anything like it, but it can stay :)
It's fresh, cool, and I believe it will be super wearable in warmer temperatures without bothering my fellow humans too much.
Definitely NOT a blind buy, but for anyone who loves green, rich freshies, it's definitely worth a sniff.

I'm surprised with low ratings. Fig and galbanum are dominant, iris in the background. Clean, fresh, has the spirit of the line. Daniela

Green, fresh, soft. Has a faint stevia-like sweetness. Crushed fig leaves, slightly salty resins. Cute, but underwhelming. Gone in 3 hours.

On me: sour, salty, medicinal. Unpleasant first hour, then a nice sweet fig floats through the brine. Lovely creamy drydown.

Heavily green and sour fig, realllyyy not for me. Too simple and too acidic

Opens with a sharp burst of ripe fig but settles very nicely into more powdery. Very clean and reminds me of air dried laundry in the countryside.

Love all Infusions, except this one it seems. I smell only rotten fig and find it repulsive. Will try to layer to salvage it. See comments.

The Infusion line never resonated with me, but here I find the combination of bitter green galbanum and fruity sweet fig intriguing.

Dull-leathery fig wrapped in galbanum with a wonderfully fresh laundry-infused DNA. Fresh, soapy, green-woody, bitter, serious.

Starts off sharp for me, not citrusy. Then it becomes bland. No fig, undefinable.
