Another Desert Wind?
Another desert fragrance then. The Sahara. Ice-cold at night, burning hot sun by day. Well, I don't find the tension in this scent quite as extreme, but it skillfully plays with the facets of warm and cool, as well as with the starry sky and the bright sun. But I also find the highest mountain peak alongside the desert. The fragrance thrives on clear air and mineral rock just as much as on the heat in the desert sand.
The essence for August's nose: salt, cinnamon, and incense. Not heavy, rather airy, this scent is very typical TDC for me. It doesn't linger too long on my arm, and after about five hours, it leaves behind a silvery smoky trail and a hint of wanderlust that blows away the last trace of oriental density from the fragrance. In the end, the smoke softly exhales in a balsamic way. An exceptionally well-crafted scent that reminds me of Lillipur by T. Terenzi.
